Зручне розташування, центр місто, зручно діставатись до ресторанів, до центру міста, до Торгового центру, до парку, привітний песонал, чисто та комфортно.

Cons:

На першому поверху не дуже добра витяжка і затягує запах з ресторану, що розташований також на першому поверсі
