Staff super friendly and breakfas great
Room was very hot
The breakfast was excellent.
Nothing to grumble about. The TV didn’t work in our room but they moved us immediately to another room where the TV worked.
Wonderful room and lovely staff
Great location. Nice building. Nice outside space.
Good selection of drinks in the bar and a good food menu 👍
Nothing really. Will definitely stay again
La
Posizione
La struttura è piuttosto vecchia e l odore della cucina risale nelle scale
The room was clean and comfortable, the bar was good and there were shops and take-aways near by. The bar staff were excellent and the football was on the telly.
I could not get my shower to work, but I had a bath.
It was warm, friendly;had a busy atmosphere. The staff couldn’t do enough to help you. There were a variety of seating and eating places. The food, particularly the Indian cuisine was outstanding.
Only a slight criticism - the property is on a busy road and there was disturbance from early morning traffic - but that did spoil our stay.
Very clean bright and well appointed bedroom with a very comfortable bed
Easy on site parking
The location was excellent. The bar area was buzzing, locals seem to love it. The staff were very friendly.
The room wasn’t made up in the morning. They changed the duvet cover because I spilt coffee on it and asked them to but that was it. The place is very tired looking. Needs new carpets and a coat of paint. It smells. Distinct smell of fags in one corridor and food smells in the other.
Not much, I stayed there before and it was much better… now it’s tired and not very clean… and expensive compared to the local premier inn
Everything
Nice bar, good rooms, good location. Breakfast was nice. There is a good atmosphere in the hotel.
The Wifi didn't work
Great location, fair price. It was small but it was ok for what I needed.
I didn't have any dislikes
Staff. Car parking. Location near station and town centre. Bar. Room 205 was large, clean and confortable.
There appeared to be hole in floor covered by carpet?
Close to town centre. Big bedrooms to fit family. Comfy beds and pillows. Plenty of tea, coffee and milk. Car park, although you have to get there early to get a space!
Decor feels a bit dated. No vent in bathroom
The manager of the hotel was so helpful ,and cheerful .Nothinhg was to much trouble . His son in morning cooked us all breakfast and like his dad he was an absolute pleasure to be around .
Arsenal losing to Aston Villa ,ruined my day
