Relaxing, wonderful location, apartment very pleasant.
Pros:

Apartment was lovely, warm and welcoming. Well equipped and very clean/tidy.

Cons:

The sofa, which was leather wasn’t that comfortable, probably needs a change tbh.

Pros:

As a family with 4 children, we loved this place. Beautiful views, lots of space, fantastic facilities. Staff were friendly and kind. We enjoyed swimming, the park, local walks, playing tennis. We plan to return soon.

The staff were great and the reception area was very nice and modern

Cons:

The cabin/Lodge westayed in was very cold and the heating system was outdated. The living area was nice but the double bed felt like a brick and I banged my arm several times during the night on built in cupboards. Both bedrooms and the bathroom need seriously updated and brought to modern times.

Facilities such as the pool and the gym were a trek to get to unless I used the car.

Pros:

Really good location for exploring aviemore and the surrounding area. Cabin was well equipped and spacious. Staff were very friendly and on hand for whatever we needed.

Cons:

Cabins are very dated and not particularly clean. We had a pile of cigarette butt's directly outside our cabin. The panelling inside the cabin was veru dusty and the bathroom was generally grubby. It felt like it had just been given a quick clean before we arrived without much attention to detail.

I booked an apartment online and was surprised when we arrived to find we'd been given a lodge, it was lovely and spacious and had everything we needed and more. Couldn't have asked for anything better.

Really bad experience with staff and facilities.

Nothing. Only this locates very close our destination. Nothing else.

Cons:

After a long and tiring journey to reach this property, we were extremely disappointed to find there was no hot water due to a broken boiler. Despite reporting it immediately, we were told to wait until the next morning as maintenance was unavailable.

​The next day, we spoke to the receptionist again to ensure it would be fixed while we were out, but we returned in the evening to find the issue unresolved. We felt completely ignored and forgotten. The staff’s attitude was dismissive, stating it 'wasn't their problem' and offering no solutions until we forced the issue ourselves. We spent two days without being able to shower while paying full price for a 'relaxing' stay. Only after we suggested it did they eventually allow us into another unit just to wash.

​The lack of pre-arrival inspections and the poor customer service turned a family holiday into a stressful ordeal. I would not recommend staying here if you expect basic amenities or professional support.
