Genuine friendly staff ,very clean and but comfortable.
I loved everything. The rooms, the location, the staff everything. It’s a lovely hotel, lovely staff, always welcoming (not just because they have to) and as it stands, I extended my stay for a further few days because it was so good and so nice. Thank you.
Everything is great!
Everything, I love it here
The person I was with 😁
Location and cost
This room was roadside and not double glazed, so traffic noise first thing in the morning woke me up !!
A comfortable room and everywhere is spotlessly clean. Handy for eating out, shops, walks and the beaches.
I like the old fashioned look of the building and the location the staff are very friendly and polite I will always be a fan and I will return here again
Nice shower room
No wardrobe so nowhere to hang clothes. Only one hanger on the back of the door !
Glass on top of bed side tables not secured so when my elderly Aunt touched it to steady herself it shot off causing her to fall .
No fruit juices or yogurts available on the Sunday .
Generally pleasant
Dirty duvet
stayed in a recently refurbished family room which was really nice.
Good sized room, comfy bed. Quiet at night. Friendly staff, nice bar for an evening drink.
The pile of rubble/bricks general builder's mess just as you turn into the car park. Not a good first impression. Hotel manager should address this.
Great location short walk to beach
Little dated and tired but great staff
I am not a big eater at bfast, maybe would have liked some fresh crusty bread.Did I miss the boiled eggs? Location very good.
Info pack in room.
We had a corrner which was a good size.
Just at top of stair case on 1st floor.
The hotel is grade 2 listesd and has multiple function rooms. Oldy worldy and we loved that.
Location was exceptional and we were at the beginning of the high street and its shops cafes and bistros. 10mins from one end to the other and your at top of gerden walk down to sea front and spa pavillion.
Perfect location with everything so close around us
Everytjing was great
Felixstowe was so clean and tidy, no street litter!
Welm done Felixstowe council..very clean.
Coloured lugts along the oromenade our end are nice touch too..
All working,!!
The room was very clean, staff were friendly and professional. A lot of money is going into getting the hotel up to standard and it shows
There were no sockets by the bed, taps were not secure in the bathroom and the en suite was rather small.
Location. Comfort.
Nothing.
Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The location was also perfect.
It would have been useful to have the WI-FI password in the room.
Comfortable and clean
