The hotel is located on the first and second floors of a block of flats in the city center. The station of the airport bus is closeby. The reception is open 24 hours (I was able to check-in at around 1 am). The staff is kind and helpful. The room is spacious. The bed is large and comfortable. The air conditioning in the room works well. The breakfast is good. The hotel has a nice terrace full of flowers.

Cons:

The free WiFi connection was intermittent. There was leaked water on the bathroom floor.
