nada fue lo que esperaba.
la habitacion pobre respecto a un hotel 4 estrellas
la limpieza de la piscina muy mala porque se trata de una piscina Publica llena de genta de afuera que ocupa todas las reposeras viene a pasar el dia y no hay prioridad en ninguna pisina para los que se alojane en el hotel

ademas de lo de arriba descripto es malisisma la atension en recepcion. pedi una hora mas para hacer check out y me dijo si y luego ya no tenia luz la habitacion yo uso audifonos se me apago cargador.
el desayuno de calidad pesima fiambres baratos cdo lo dijo habia cantidad y yo dije pero no calidad....y le dije no habia ni jamon cocido ni crudo y menos salmon ...nunca habia oido que se sirve salmon al desayuno.POR TODO ESTO NO RECOMIENDO ESTE HOTEL...me dijeron otros huespedes que comparado con otros es sucio....

Enjoyable Pools, Disappointing Accommodation Experience
Pros:

The pool complex is very nice, with both indoor and outdoor pools available. The pool area is well-maintained, and there are enough sun loungers around the pools to relax comfortably. The thermal water and overall atmosphere were enjoyable and suitable for a relaxing getaway.

Cons:

Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the room. We booked a room with one double bed, but in reality it had two single beds pushed together. The mattresses kept separating during the night, making the bed very uncomfortable. Overall, the beds were not comfortable, and we did not sleep well.

We also booked a package that included access to the spa/sauna area and thermal pools. However, this access was only included on the first day of our stay (from check-in at 3 PM until the evening). On the second day, we were asked to pay an additional fee to use both the spa and the pools. In other thermal resorts we have visited, booking one overnight stay usually includes access to the facilities on both days, so this was disappointing.

Additionally, the restaurant food selection was quite limited and did not meet our expectations for a hotel of this category.

Having these youth gatherings when you have other guests is a disaster. I know you want make money but at the end of the day it scares the other guests away. I will not come back.
