Osoblje izuzetno ljubazno i kulturno. Soba čista i uredna. Hrana izvrsna i raznovrsna svakoga dana. Posebno treba izdvojiti sitnice koje u drugim hotelima nema, a čine ovo mjesto drukčijim npr. piće dobrodošlice u sobi (boca šampanjca), jedan vaučer od pola sata za masažu tijekom boravka, petkom piće dobrodošlice prije večere za sve goste, za vrijeme večere svakoga dana mogućnost korištenja soka i vode (aparat s doručka). Ove sitnice ih čine drukčijim i pozivaju natrag. Bazeni su sasvim solidni, moglo bi se malo poraditi na dodatnoj obnovi, ali sve u svemu top. U sklopu bazena caffe bar s prostorom za pušenje što je isto veliki plus...

Cons:

Sve je nilo super, ali jedan prijedlog. Budući da se hotel bazira na odmoru koji uključuje bazenski kompleks, za očekivati je da se gost hotela ima gdje okupati, a što zna biti nezgodno jer ima previše vanjskih gostiju. Preporuka: svaki dan od 8 - 10 i 20 - 22 sata ostaviti otvorene bazene isključivo za hotelske goste. Vanjski kupači neće puno izgubiti, s hoteslki gosti će imati mogućnost više uživati.

Hotel je renoviran,moderan,lijep,zaista za svaku pohvalu. Hrana ukusna jako mogla bi biti jos malo i raznovrsnija iskreno

U subotu krcat restoran svi stoje u redu i cekaju one ispred njih da zavrse da si mogu uzeti .kad je ponudjeno rasporedjeno na vise lokacija u sali onda se ljudi nekako razvodne ides tamo gdje trebas mozda bas tamo nema nikoga ovako svi u redu jedan za drugim.bas nezgodno i dugo traje
Bazen krcat u subotu zbog ocito previse vanjskih ljudi.nemas se di okrenuti na bazenu i zaplivati. U vodu ne znam sto stavljaju oci su nas svih pekle od vode u bazenu. U nedjelju i pon vec puno manje ljudi i samim time ugodnije i ljepse

Vrlo dobar,savršen za obitelji s djecom.
Pros:

Doručak odličan.raznovrsna hrana pa možeš birati što želiš.

Cons:

Madrac na krevetima neudobni,da li bračni ili dječji,uplatili krevet svaki posebno za dijete,a dobili krevet na rasklapanje također sa neudbnim nadmadracima,osjetio se miris kanalizacije u jutarnjim satima.
