とても素敵でまた利用したいです。
Pros:

お米の食べ比べなど、食事が楽しくおいしかった。スタッフさんの対応もとても暖かく、設備もきれい。部屋でのお抹茶が嬉しかった。部屋風呂の温泉がいつでも適温で幸せでした。

Cons:

別館だったので、食事や大浴場までいくのに外に出なくてはいけなかったことくらい。

津和野町の中心で、素晴らしい滞在
Pros:

すごくキレイで、スタッフさんの対応も良くて、飲み物が楽しめるのが一番

Cons:

部屋に入ると、トイレの匂いを感じてしまった
また、トイレのドアが直接壁に当たるので、勢いつけ過ぎて、ドンと言う音が大きく、他の部屋からも静かにしている時に響くのが残念でした

朝食・夕食ともに非常に味付けよく美味しかった。

Cons:

和室での宿泊でしたが、スタッフの話ではお布団はお客様が敷いてもいいとは納得いかない。
お客は上げ膳据え膳で楽しく、おいしく宿泊していると思います。

お部屋がとても広くきれいでした。
食事もとても美味しかったです。
コーヒー、ハーブティー、お酒など何種類かフリーで飲め楽しいサービスでした。
