抜群の立地、おいしくてゆったりできる宿
Pros:

食事の品数が多いだけでなく、旬のものも食べられおいしかった。スタッフも親切でした。朝ご飯は炊きたての白米がつやつやと輝いていました。ロケーションは津和野のほぼ真ん中と言っても良い場所なので散歩も近場で楽しめた。朝夕はコーヒーを無料でいただきました。夜はスコッチと焼酎が無料だったので、紙コップに入れて部屋飲みしました。

Cons:

おそらく古い建物をリノベーションしたためか、部屋の靴脱場が狭くてドアを閉めにくかったです。日本酒飲み比べメニューがあり、さまざまな地酒が楽しめましたが、注がれる量がちょっと少ないのが不満でした。

Just so-so accomodation in Tsuwano.
Pros:

Can’t say there was much we liked about this property, but I don’t imagine there is much choice in small Tsuwano. If I had to say one positive thing about this hotel, it would be that our room was clean.

Cons:

Our room was quite small, with barely enough room for our two carry-on suitcases to open comfortably. The toilet room barely had enough room for our knees. Room didn’t have a shower or bath, the expectation being that you wash in the public onsen. Onsen itself was quite small. Three stations for washing up and two small baths, one inside and one outside. Bed was rock-hard. Check-in time was firm and we found the front desk staff not particularly welcoming or helpful.

Tsuwano itself doesn’t have much to offer tourists, although we did have a very good sushi dinner at the restaurant across from the hotel.

何十年かぶりに津和野を訪れましたが、この町の印象と共に、ここで宿泊して良かった、と思いました。。
Pros:

夕食、朝食付きのプランでした。夕食は温泉宿にありがちな品数も量も多くしてお得感を出そう、という感じが一切感じられない美味しくかつ適度な量だったので、とても満足しました。

Cons:

館内自動販売機がなく、館外まで買いに出なければならなかったのは、何か事情が合ったのでしょうか。
日本酒のセレクションについて。仕方のない事かも知れませんが、津和野に限定し過ぎ、という印象です。もっと島根県全体の中での美味しいお酒、を味わえたらなあ、と思いました。
日本人以外の女性陣は良く勉強されていたのが実感できました。日本人の人たちに負けないように、頑張ってください。

Heerlijk verblijf en lekker verwend met overheerlijk eten
Pros:

Erg vriendelijk en attente medewerkers. Mooie locatie. Fijne kamers. Overheerlijk eten

Cons:

Tegenvallen is een te groot woord. Maar een douche op de kamer zou op zich wel fijn zijn. Ik zou een meer westers ontbijt fijn gevonden hebben.

思い出したくもない
Cons:

客のリクエストは、追加料金もいうカタチで叶えられる。つまり、接客は全てマニュアル通りとなる。こころのない、紋切型のホスピタリティ。食事が美味しいという評判は、前のオーナーの時のもの。現在のチェーン展開するホテルグループのメニューは、残念ながらおおいに失望する内容。コインで地酒が飲み比べできるというのも、数だけ揃えても、安酒ばかりで、まさにこのホテルのレベルを物語る。２度と泊まりたくもないし、滞在中も早くここから出たいと思わせてくれた唯一無二のホテル。

お風呂に大満足
Pros:

部屋のお風呂が、とても良かった。湯船が陶器で入り心地が良く、いつも適温のお湯が張られているので、思い付いた時にいつでも入浴できた。

Cons:

スタッフの中に表情の固い人がいて気になった。何かあったのか？と心配になるほど無表情だった。

津和野を満喫できた
Pros:

半露天風呂付きのお部屋でしたが、お抹茶がたてられるセットもあり、楽しめた。その露天風呂も温泉だったのがよかった。あと、レストランの横に地酒の飲み比べができるコーナーがあり、それを部屋で飲めたのがよかった。

Cons:

大浴場はあまり大きくなく、部屋に露天風呂がついてない部屋だったら少し残念だったかも。
