Please note that, while the property has a elevator to all floors, some rooms still require to go up and down stairs once out of the elevator. Please contact the hotel directly if you require a room by the elevator.
Renovations: Please be aware from the 29th May 2023 the Hotel will undergoing Maintenance work and decorating on the exterior the building. This may cause disruption to views as well as some understandable noise during the preparation stages.

Great single room with en suite bathroom, very clean. The view from the breakfast table was lovely, looking out to sea.
Nothing really.
The fact we booked in booking. Com, and on booking. Com, it doesn't say, about 150 pounds holding deposit for the room. We turned, and was asked for bank details, when I questioned about this, I said it wasn't in booking com. They said it was there policy. We have stayed there in the past, and we havent been asked about this. It's is the same if you stay in there lodge over the road.Do your homework before booking for this hotel. We want be returning again.
Location excellent, staff were welcoming and happy to help. Maybe booking in could be a little earlier though. But will gladly be staying there again 👍

Outdated, carpets are tired. My room was a single box room, bed was wall to wall , along a wall. The room next door had creaking floors that sounded like it was in my room. The floorboards in the hall outside my room also creaked loudly and I had traffic from 5am which disturbed my sleep

Entertainment could have been better, price of wine £10-75 for a large wine !

The location is situated right on the beachfront so has lovely views from the outside terrace. Staff are very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The food was lovely, especially the Sunday carvery and is very good value for money and breakfast is freshly cooked with plenty of options
The room was very clean and tidy but in need of some TLC but the hotel is currently being refurbished so in time all rooms will be updated. The bed was a bit hard but that's just my personal opinion. Other than that everything was great

The location is fantastic if you love the seafront, and the restaurant, bar and outside area is very nice. Once you get upstairs, the rooms are adequate but a little tired and definitely need a little. It's definitely worth getting the Seaview rooms as it is lovely to hear the sea at night and have that wonderful view in the morning.
The rooms are a little tired as are the corridors and lift. They are definitely clean and adequate though.
