The hotel operates ticket only events on New Year's Eve in the bar and restaurant. If guests wish to dine in the hotel please contact directly for the options available.
Please note that, while the property has a elevator to all floors, some rooms still require to go up and down stairs once out of the elevator. Please contact the hotel directly if you require a room by the elevator.
Renovations: Please be aware from the 29th May 2023 the Hotel will undergoing Maintenance work and decorating on the exterior the building. This may cause disruption to views as well as some understandable noise during the preparation stages.

Greeted by the wonderful Lisa who was so lovely as I had made a mistake with the booking which she was so helpful with. Rooms were good, food was good lovely sea views.

Poor quantity of food and very unhelpful management. I am a regular at this establishment and have never had such a bad experience. I ordered the vegetarian lasagna and asked if it comes with chips to be told “yes” chips and salad, as I said good thank you as I don’t like the garlic bread they often come with? When the food arrived, it turned up with one with garlic bread one without both with salad NO chips. Called the waitress over she apologised, but said they don’t come with chips? Even tho we’ve been told otherwise, then asked what we would like we said refund please as we shall go to the thatched cottage, as they are amazing and come with chips!
The waitress still apologised and said yes to the refund, but would have to get the manager, 10 minutes passed no manager? Then he turned up “Anthony” was nothing but blunt, stern, and no people skills being a manager, he asked the issue? We told him? He said no to the refund saying the waitress is no manager! He asked what he can do to resolve this? We simply said we wanted chips with it, as said they came with it? He said no you have to pay for them. He offered to make the meals again as they are now cold, but as don’t come with chips? No point? I asked what about an alternative? Straight blunt no. He’s rude and not like the other lovely manager the man who is often around, he’s put me off coming over as much and as for hot meals in future it shall be thatch cottage all the way. Also portion of lasagna was tiny, I’ve never had a child’s portion there before! Thatch twice the size (genuinely is)
