What a fantastic experience!

From the moment I arrived, it was immediately clear how exceptionally friendly and professional the staff are. Whether it was the reception team, the staff at the varied and delicious breakfast buffet, the table service, housekeeping, or even the lifeguard at the pool — every single person truly cares about the hotel. You can feel it in the genuine attention and care they show.

Even though it was the rainy season, I was lucky to have beautiful weather throughout my stay. This allowed me to fully enjoy the lovely garden and the swimming pool, which made my stay even more pleasant.

The wellness facilities also deserve a special mention. I booked a massage — and what an experience! I enjoyed every single minute. Pure relaxation.

In short, an unforgettable stay. Thank you very much for the warm welcome and the excellent service!

Cons:

One small point for improvement — although this is by no means a negative — is that the double doors to the rooms can be quite noisy when they close at night. Of course, I understand that the door locking system is important for safety.
