Pros:

O hotel é de ótima localização, bem próximo ao aeroporto. Excelente atendimento.

Cons:

Acho que peca na acessibilidade, o acesso ao andar superior é por escadas, porém tem apartamento no térreo para quem tiver dificuldade.

Pros:

Ótimo hotel, bem confortável e de boa localização.

Cons:

A recepção um pouco áspera e de pouca compreensão, o hotel não segue as normas da Portaria MTur nº 28, de 16 de setembro de 2025, regulamenta o check-in/out em hotéis no Brasil, estabelecendo que a diária corresponde a 24 horas, garantindo ao hóspede o uso da acomodação. Ela permite uma reserva técnica de até 3 horas para limpeza, resultando em no mínimo 21 horas de uso efetivo, com o objetivo de aumentar a transparência. No meu caso fiz o check-in às 19:00 horas e sair às 14:20 horas do dia seguinte, a recepção me cobrou uma taxa adicional de R$ 100,00 a mais por ter passado do horário de saída que na regra do hotel seria às 12:00 horas. Tentei explicar para a recepção sobre a nova portaria, a mesma foi irredutível, situação constrangedora e lamentável.
