Room and breakfast was great. Elevator not working was disappointing and inconvenient

Breakfast and breakfast host were fantastic. AC in room was great.

Cons:

Elevator was broken. And we found out it’s been broken since the ice storm. This was unexceptionable. And no discount was offered for the inconvenience.
