Clean comfortable room in a hotel very well located to Heathrow.
Pros:

Very handy for terminals 2/3 at Heathrow. Only a short bus ride away.

Cons:

Nothing. It was a decent room for the money.

Very convenient for access to H/Row.
Pros:

The proximity to Heathrow terminals. Just a short walk across the road, the bus to H/row Central, running 24hrs, passes by every 10 mins. Central then allows access to all terminals. There is a free train trip to terminal 5. But allow time, customs are still problematic.

It was close to the airoport

Cons:

The staff, very unfriendly. This is the first hotel when all the staff doesn't smile and doesn't help you when you ask questions!!
We have to go to terminal 5, but the only respond from them was, " we don't have a shuttle, you need to book a taxi". We found later, that is a bus stop bear the hotel that goes to all terminals.
After that was the same in restaurant.

Great access to Heathrow ….
Pros:

Great location for terminals 2 and 3 with numerous London buses making it well connected to the airport. Clean and comfortable - good shower, hot water and heating, bedding etc. Quiet room etc

Cons:

All good for a one night stay over
