The staff were very helpful. The room had all that we needed and was very quiet with no noise at all from fellow customers or the outside world.
When we arrived - after a long delay at Heathrow - we were disappointed that we couldn't find a kettle/ tea in the room. It was only later that we found it inside the 'refreshment trolley'. Maybe if we had been less tired and tetchy we would have spotted it, so it's not really a problem - in fact it fits the aircraft theme of the room very nicely.
The room was spacious and clean with some fun, quirky "plane" style decorations. The hotel was well located near Heathrow airport which is why I chose it as had a long haul flight the next day. The breakfast was fine, good selection of cereals, a pancake machine, some hot food options and juice/hot drinks. The staff were also lovely.
I was 'upgraded' to a larger family room. However, this meant that the couch was set up as a second bed. There was no one able to fold the bed back into a couch when I asked. I managed to do it myself but it was tricky and I then had a second mattress/bedding to store. Not a big deal overall and the extra space in the room was nice to have especially for repacking my bag pre-flight.

空港からホテルまで「空港周辺ホテル向けのバス」を運行しているがとても分かりにくいし当ホテル向けのバスは来なかった。諦めて市バスのバス停まで重い荷物を抱えたまま歩き市バスを利用したがこちらの方がとてもスムースだった。

The rug in the room was dirty. The room is set up poorly with little room at the end of the bed to get comfortably to the other side without considering jumping into the bed

Very basic hotel.
I thought that breakfast was included but I did enjoy it. I also ate at the restaurant last night. Food was good but service very slow. The waitress seemed more interested in her phone and bits of paper than serving patrons. I had to go and ask for a menu and to be served.
