Cons:

Al preguntar al personal si me podían dejar un adaptador de enchufe, ya que sólo me quedaba una noche, me dijeran que disponían de él.
Me indicaron que fuera a comprar uno en el surtidor, cuyo importe, me salió unas 17 libras.
Estoy seguro que a más de uno le ha pasado este problema y no es lógico que no tengan adaptadores para prestar.

It served our purpose getting to the airport easily in the morning.
Pros:

The location to Heathrow and public transport was great. Friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

Meal we had in restaurant was terrible. Bed was hard. We had noise during the night. Sounded like running water above us. It went on for ages.
