Very convenient for direct frequent local buses to heathrow, hotel close to Heathrow. Perfect for staying night before giving more Restaurants time before a flight.
Very happy, no complaints
The hotel was perfect. I came from Spain late night and was greeted by a great person at the front desk who quickly checked me in. I got a clean and comfortable room with a great bathroom. I had a comfortable sleep, great shower and coffee and breakfast and taxi was at the front waiting to take me back to the Airport for my 8 hour flight to the Caribbean. Great place for a stop over as I did.
Breakfast was the best part, and returned bc of it. Pancakes from amachine are good. Eggs, beans, mushroom, sauage, all well presented and fresh. Pastries, coffee, delicious
1) My initial room's ventilation/fan made loud gear scraping sounds. I asked to change and the desk clerk suggested i wait 10 minutes to see if it 'settleddown'. i insisted and the seconf room was better. however could hear loud voices thru the wall in the middle of the night. 2) carpet very worn, stained everywhere. bed not at allcomfortable. woke up with swollen eyes from dudt mites in pillow.

For £70 for a stay on the doorstep of Heathrow, it cannot be faulted. Big spacious room to boot!

Check in was fast. Room has all necessities. I took the public bus to the airport at 5 AM and it costed £1.75.
