Bardzo duży pokój, możliwość zjedzenia ciepłego posiłku o godz.20 , bardzo mila kelnerka w restauracji.
Recepcjonista poprosił mnie o kartę kredytową , pomimo że pobyt był już opłacony. Sprawdzał numer karty, czy zgadza się z tym od karty którą zapłaciłam. Nie rozumiem , dlaczego tak zrobił. Przecież za pobyt mógł zapłacić ktoś inny..Bylam zaniepokojona poniważ wszędzie uprzedzają aby NIE dawać nikomu do ręki karty bankowej.
Location and airport transfer were good. The place was well-kept but cheaply done.
Staff were a grumpy-looking lot, not many smiles. Showed lack of professionalism - could benefit from a course in hospitality. The place was run on the cheap - thin toilet paper, pillows hard as sandbags, breakfast juice was not juice, but flavoured drink - that sort of thing.

I asked for early check-in in advance and was told it would be possible, for a fee, at the desk, if rooms were available. Given that it was a Tuesday morning after a bank holiday and out of term time I assumed it would easily be possible.
After a gruelling overnight long haul flight, I was told on arrival at 10:45am that it would not be possible, and that there were absolutely no rooms (150+ rooms here) available for an early check-in in the hotel at all (even though I said I would not mind a different room with just a single bed), and that all the rooms were full, and that because of a late check out at 12pm no rooms were available, and I would most likely have to wait until at least 1pm or maybe 2pm for a room.
The receptionist was dismissive and showed absolutely no empathy or concern even though I told her I was feeling ill with exhaustion.
Oner the next two hours just three people checked out,and the receptionist showed herself eager to give rooms to other people but didn’t communicate with me sitting right opposite reception and finally I went and asked again and she then said a room was available.
So I would strongly disagree that they offer an early check in. This is misleading and had I known I would definitely not have booked this hotel.
Stale smelling room
broken kettle lid allowing scalding steam to rise out of the lid which didn’t close. Miserable collection of tea and coffee sachets
Room was comfortable. Location was great and easy access to the airport.
We have to pay extra for parking!
One of the lift did not work.
Very noisy aircon - not great for people with light sleep! Everything else OK.
Good choice for breakfast - had no problems getting extra tea bags for room. Was v clean
No outside space except parking - busy road so not great outside hotel
