Comfortable hotel near to airport
Pros:

The hotel was comfortable and very reasonably priced considering its location close to Heathrow Airport. Would definitely stay again.

Cons:

There was no decaf coffee in the room. I was able to pick this up before I went to my room but I do think this should be in rooms as standard. Particularly as everyone wants a good nights sleep!

Pros:

The lady staff who was on the shift was so rude and given a wrong info which leads to the delay of my arrival at airport

Great stay, value for money, excellent location
Pros:

Very spacious rooms with all amenities. Good size bathrooms and very clean toilets. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of variety to choose from (either cold or hot breakfast). Bonus point was the 24/7 hot drinks machine and the 24/7 bar!

Cons:

It's not that I didn't like it but the bed was a bit hard for my taste. But that was just me. Everything else was as I expected and more.
