宿泊料は安いですが、設備面でまた泊まりたいとは思わないホテルでした。
Pros:

博多駅から近い。
駐車場があり連泊する際は動かさず停められる。
コンビニが近い。
近くを街を走れる自転車乗り場がホテルの目の前にあり移動が楽。
ラーメン屋や飲食店が近い

Cons:

・冷暖房設備の使い方がわかりづらい。
・車の鍵をフロントに預けるのがめんどくさい。
・お湯・水を出す際、一定時間経つとつまりが取れたかのようにいきなり水が出るので服が濡れてしまうことがある。
・コンセントがベッドから遠い。
・部屋の扉の下に隙間があり外に声が聞こえるのではないかと思ってしまう。
・洗面台のシンクがボロボロ。
