Bad value for what you pay for, bad location and mediocre service
Pros:

I liked that the staff put our luggage in our room and that there was complementairy ice cream. Moreover the private baths were something unique.

Cons:

Really bad value, I paid €300/night and expected better (booked 3Mo beforehan). I didn't like how I had to wait for over 24h for a flat iron (they only have ONE for the WHOLE complex!?), I left my phone number and room number for them to call me, only to discover that it was laying there later during the day. The staff wasn't so helpful. Moreover, the location is horrible if you like accessibility to food and anything, it's really dark and taxi's don't really cover the area, so if you have a shinkansen going from Kyoto and suitcases be ready to pay the price for a taxi (if you can find one). Also the "onsens" are NOT real onsens, they more of a hottub.

Amazing and kind staff, great atmosphere and onsen
Pros:

The private onsen, food and staff were excellent

Cons:

There was a lot of dust and some trash underneath the couch as we were moving it to have our baby sleep next to our bed.

You deserve a recharge and the Kadensho Arashiyama Onsen is an east choice.
Pros:

I absolutely loved the location (steps away from the train station in a quiet part of the town), and the private bath options were LOVELY! I managed to try out 4/5 options. 3 are open air, and 2 are fully enclosed. The staff are very helpful, and my dad managed to recharge via a massage.

The two-twin room we booked was massive! It was practically the size of my first apartment.

They provide you with yukata and loungewear.

It was an exceptional recharge stay during our 10-day vacation and plan to return in the future.

Cons:

The food was just ‘ok’, and the best desserts are outside the private & public baths in the waiting/relaxing room.

However, that’s such a small thing in comparison as their are tons of food and dessert options right outside.

Un hôtel à voir au moins une fois dans sa vie
Pros:

Un établissement exceptionnel avec un service impeccable
Le personnel est adorable et efficace
Le petit déjeuner est délicieux
Les chambres sont si jolies et confortables
Les bains privés ont tous une ambiance différente aucun ne se ressemble
C'est vraiment une expérience !

Cons:

Nous n'avons pas pu profiter des repas du soir car il n'y avait plus de place, je pense qu'il serait judicieux de prévenir les gens de réserver en avance potentiellement
Mais à part cela rien à dire

Pros:

Breakfast was amazing.!! What a treat.!! We had the traditional Japanese meal and it was sooo good.!!

Cons:

We only had two nights there. Wish we could have stayed a month.!! 🤣

Pros:

Este establecimiento es increíble en todos los aspectos: atención/personal, ubicación, baños privados y públicos, servicios incluídos... De hecho, la habitación 426 probablemente sea la mejor en la que me haya hospedado nunca. ¡Espero repetir!

Cons:

Lo cogí de oferta pero se me pasó la fecha de pago y después para reservarlo de nuevo subió casi el doble de su precio. Aunque fue fallo mío fue un duro golpe. P.d. también pagarás las tasas al final de tu estancia.

温泉はとても良かったが、インバウンドは温泉の入浴の仕方がわかってないようだ。
身体を洗わずそのまま湯船日暮里入ってくる。

Large room, many private baths to choose from. Loved the free ice creams and ramen provided, a great relaxing atmosphere and break during a busy holiday

Cons:

If you need a bigger size yukata arrive as early as possible, we arrived less than an hour after the allowed check in time and they were already out of size LL womens yukata

最高〜でした。
Pros:

阪急嵐山駅の目の前の立地。
フロント過ぎれば、下足を脱いだ廊下も居室も畳敷きのフロアが続いていて、こだわりを感じた。

料理も目で楽しみ、食べて美味しく、給仕の会話もセンスがあって、1人で宿泊でしたが楽しく２時間近くかけて夕食をいただきました。

5つの無料で予約不要の貸切風呂（内容も盛りだくさん）も、3つ楽しむことができました。

20:30からの5分だけではありましたが、渡月橋で楽しむ花火も良かったです。

Cons:

特に感じませんでした。

災害対策として、個室のトイレに非常用のトイレ用溜め水があったり、非常用の下足が用意されていて、きちんと対策されているなと感じました。

乾淨又舒服的飯店,下次有來京都會再回訪
Pros:

距離阪急嵐山站很近,走路到嵐山的竹林小徑很不遠,如果是放鬆來觀光很適合,白天去走走景點,晚上回來可以泡泡溫泉,最棒的是有免預的個人湯屋,只是需要排隊,而且泡完湯有冰棒,晚上10點半後還有免費拉麵當宵夜

Cons:

因為京都有兩家,很容易搞錯是住哪家,要特別注意
