Pros:

小鉢の和食朝ごはんがすごく美味しかったです。元気なスタッフさんがいて｢伊勢うどんいかがですか？｣と声をかけていただき持ってきてもらいました。
部屋も綺麗に清掃されていて居心地が良かったです。

Cons:

近鉄側からだとホテルまで徒歩5分程ですがJR側からホテルに向かうと10分以上かかります。徒歩圏内ですが想定より駅から少し歩く印象です。

疲れが取れた
Pros:

朝食は2750円の追加料金を取られたので高いと思ったが、内容は和風バイキングで今まで泊まったビジネスホテルの中で一番内容が良かった。カレーもおいしかった。食堂担当者の対応も良かったし、伊勢饂飩のサービスもあって、満足してチェックアウトした。

Cons:

ベッドの上の照明を暗くすることができなくて、布団をかぶって寝た。テレビ、エアコン、冷蔵庫、部屋の照明などの使い方は他のホテルと同じで分かったのだが、ベッド上の照明だけが操作できなかった。フロントに聞けばよかったのだが、操作が分かり易い機器であってほしかった。

良かったです。又利用したいと思います。（エアコンと二色を何とかして欲しいです）
Pros:

コネクティングルームに母と宿泊しました。プライバシーも確保しながら、耳の遠い母の面倒も見れてよかったです。

Cons:

就寝時に部屋の灯りを二色だけにしたかったのですが、出来ずに困りました。
また、エアコンの効きが悪いのか設定温度での体感が伴っていませんでした。これは母も同じ様に感じていました。

駅から近くとても満足でした。
Pros:

受付時、研修生の人が一生懸命説明してくれて、わからないところをベテランの女性がきちんとフォローされていた点がとても好ましかったです。
また、朝食は料理が全て小皿に綺麗に盛ってあり、名物の紹介と配膳をしてくれるなど、スタッフのサービス、笑顔共に満点でした。

Cons:

ベッドライトの明るさの調節が出来ませんでした。
