Fun for the whole family! An experience you won't forget!
Pros:

This was the nicest hotel I've ever been to. The beautiful entry way, the koi pond flowing through the hotel, the views from the rooms, the bilingual staff, and more. I was thoroughly impressed with the traditional dinner and breakfast. The event space was fun and inviting. The staff was some of the best I experienced on my trip.

Cons:

The room was a little hot. There was a heat wave and the AC unit was a little outdated.

値段のわりに夕食がかなり少ない、受付フロントの態度、貸し切り風呂の説明の悪さ、どの風呂にするかも教えない、適当すぎる、15年前にいった時は、食事もお腹いっぱいになるまででましたし、フロントも説明しっかりしてましたが、もうここのホテルは駄目と思いました、もういきません

I would recommend this onsen hotel! The staff and facility is great for a family vacation.
Pros:

We enjoyed that this hotel had an incredible view. We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor onsen as a family.

Cons:

I wouldn’t say I didn’t like, I would say I was disappointed with no being able to enter the building in front of the garden. It was closed.
