It was cozy and comfortable. Staff were lovely.
Nothing
The staff were exceptional, the breakfast was great albeit traditional
Rien
Almost Everything was a Great experience just to stay at this Hotel just outside Oban and station for train is 1 minute walk away
The WIFI was not fit for purpose we could log on but more often than not we had no internet access. 4g is available though on your network and you can hotspot tablets from your phone
Staff were all lovely and very professional and helpful. Good was excellent. Room was a good size and spotless. Would definitely return again.
Ontbijt top, zeer vriendelijke crew, Ruud Giant is the best :-)
The location is absolutely beautiful.
The breakfast was fantastic and the breakfast staff were wonderful.
Comortable, clean accommodation. Perfect location just outside Oban with super views over the loch and hills from the front terrace
Everything was fine with nothing to dislike
Full of character, like an Agatha Christie set. Walking distance from the Falls of Lora, which was quite an amazing sight. The cod dish I had in the restaurant was probably the best meal I had anywhere in scotland, and very reasonably priced
The vegetarian food. My partner was served a Mac'n'Cheese that was absolutely swimming in grease and she was unable to finish. The kitchen can obviously cook to a very high standard, but the vegetarian food felt like an afterthought.
Staff were fantastic. Very friendly and definitely went the extra mile at all times. We booked a ground floor room so didn't expect great views, but we had lovely views, pleasantly surprised. We had an excellent meal in the Bistro bar and the breakfast in the dining room was varied and great quality.
Nothing
Beautiful setting. Very welcoming front desk staff. Spacious room, spotlessly clean.
A lift would have been handy
Location is good
No towels in the bedroom and had to ask twice for some
