Absolutely fantastic
Pros:

The hotel from the moment I walked in was fantastic the lady on reception was so welcoming and friendly, and when I got to the room it was so spotless clean and had everything possible I needed , so impressed in the Bar the staff was so lovely and approachable, I will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone and I will be going back for sure , also the breakfast was perfect and the lovely gentleman that served me was just so nice couldn’t do enough , I really loved this hotel , having such friendly staff is so important and they really do have that extra hospitality gift , Thankyou

Perfekt stay with attention to detail like having all fires lit for ambience and good kitchen!
Pros:

Perfect place in a historic beautiful building. I loved that scottish people were in the reception and restaurant. It‘s above average this place, and that is rare in these times. Food is fantastic and they actually care of your wellbeing, they do all what a gastronomy should do, and they execute it perfectly. Just a good vibe, good food, good people.

Cons:

Breakfast could be simpler (less is more) and reflect the evening restaurant quality. Breakfast was the only thing not matching the rest of high standarts. What cam be done? Simple: 1 full irish, 1 kippers, 1 special porridge and finished. And that served with local ingredients. Also serve real local joghurts. Jams, butter. Gives more charakter and would suit your hotel perfectly
