Personale scostante e scortese, che non fa nulla per andare incontro alle esigenze del cliente.
Il problema più grande che abbiamo riscontrato ha riguardato la restituzione della cauzione, di cui ci è stata trattenuta d'imperio una parte, senza nemmeno preavvisarci. Alla richiesta della motivazione, ci è stato scritto che la somma era stata trattenuta "per le condizioni in cui era stato lasciato l'appartamento". Queste "condizioni", a detta loro, erano: lavastoviglie pulita non svuotata e una bottiglia d'acqua lasciata vicino al letto. Per questo motivo ci hanno addebitato 50 euro! Come se buttare una bottiglia d'acqua o riporre delle stoviglie pulite richieda loro un costo extra rispetto al costo di pulizia ordinaria di un appartamento che deve essere consegnato ad altri ospiti.
Non ci era mai capitata una situazione del genere! Un comportamento scorretto, volto palesemente ad addossare sul cliente il costo delle pulizie ordinarie! Preciso che NESSUNO ci aveva mai dato istruzioni su come avremmo dovuto lasciare l'appartamento, nemmeno quando, il giorno prima della partenza, ci eravamo rivolte alla reception per chiedere indicazioni su dove e quando lasciare le chiavi dell'appartamento il giorno successivo.
Non è nostro costume scrivere recensioni negative, ma i toni che ci sono stati riservati e il comportamento scorretto e ingiusto che abbiamo ricevuto richiedono come minimo una denuncia dell'accaduto.

Esperienza pessima. Non torneremo nè consiglieremo questo posto.

Posizione ottima, parcheggio residenziale sempre disponibile, appartamento accogliente e pulito

Cons:

Uno dei due divani letti che era in cucina non era per niente comodo perché aveva un materasso troppo basso.
I cuscini erano troppo bassi

Great location to the beach with beautiful views
Pros:

The very large shady balcony with view of the sea was fantastic
Lots of plates and glasses etc

Cons:

I missed some kitchen equipment such as a kettle to boil water, an extra chopping board and an extra sharp knife
Reception could have been a little more guest friendly
