Não tem bom custo-beneficio
Pros:

Hotel silencioso, limpo, quarto com cortina blackout, cama queen size com ótimo colchão, café da manhã básico mas atende razoavelmente bem às necessidades. As funcionárias que servem/organizam o café da manhã foram muito solícitas.

Cons:

Vaso sanitário entupido (tivemos que improvisar um balde para jogar água e tentar desentupi-lo); chuveiro demorou um pouco para atingir a temperatura morna/quente; o frigobar estava desligado quando chegamos, então os alimentos e bebidas não ficaram em temperatura adequada o tempo todo; assim como o ar condicionado que estava fora da tomada - e estava escondida, então tivemos que perguntar ao recepcionista se havia algum problema -; o café da manhã tinha pouca variedade; o quarto intitulado “duplo”, na verdade, é um quarto pequeno, com uma cama queen size com duas camas de solteiro embutidas (que não abrem completamente); a TV só aceita streaming - sendo necessário acessá-los com os dados da respectiva assinatura do hóspede -, não pega canais fechados ou abertos. Pelo valor da diária, não valeu o custo-benefício. Obs.: não utilizamos a piscina (que pareceu bem funda), o bar da piscina e a sauna, portanto não pudemos avaliá-los.

A qualidade das toalhas era péssima, com aspecto e textura pior que pano de chão. Não havia uma touca de banho no banheiro, item importante para mulheres.
Impossível manter o frigobar ligado, devido ao barulho do motor, seria melhor nem ter no quarto, motivo pelo qual o mantinham desligado. Café da manhã nota 2☆☆ para ser bem generosa. Os atendentes eram educados.

O hotel é bom, na média da região.
O atendimento, gosto bastante, sempre atenciosos, porém um hotel que não tem gerador e se acaba a energia você fica no escuro, sem chuveiro e etc.
isso é inadmissível.

A estadia foi ótima, sem problema algum, porém, apenas o chuveiro do quarto 407 deixou a desejar, uma vez que não funcionou direito, com pouca vazão. Isso foi informado na recepção no check out.
Como sugestão, seria legal colocar granola a disposição dos hóspedes, que junto com o iogurte seria muito bom.

Já foram duas estadias em períodos diferentes e até aqui só posso parabenizar pelo serviço prestado.
Como melhoria, sugiro melhorar o sinal do Wi-Fi que por vezes fica muito ruim ou chega a não conectar.

Hospedagem boa, com pontos a melhorar
Pros:

A hospedagem em si foi boa, o atendimento foi muito bom, porém o ponto negativo foi que quando chegamos no quarto estava com um cheiro muito forte de urina, tivemos que comunicar a pessoa responsável pra ir até o quarto verificar o que estava acontecendo.
A parte da piscina é ótima, o café da manhã é ótimo.
Outro ponto negativo é o estacionamento que fica do outro lado da rua, cerca de 50 metros da entrada do hotel, o que dificulta pra poder sair caso esteja chovendo por exemplo.
