とても満足です。
Pros:

温泉も広くとても内装も綺麗でした。
スタッフの方もとても親切でした。
カラオケも出来て遊べるものもあり充実しました。
時間毎にご飯の時間が分かれていたので混んでいてもスムーズに食べられました。

Cons:

脱衣所にムカデが出た。
バイキングのお刺身がしょぼかった。

食事美味しかったです？
Pros:

昨年、母が他界し、葬儀のため姉妹、姉妹の家族が宿泊しました。

Cons:

実家の片付けのため、今回また利用させていただきました。
一人なので、オーシャンビューの部屋でなくてもよかったので、部屋に関してはビジネスホテルと同様なかんじで特に問題はありませんでした。
スタッフも親切に応対しいただきました。

１つだけ気になる点は食事の時です。
食事が終わって片付けようと思ったら、どの棚も煩雑に返却されていて、自分のトレーを置く場所もありませんでした。仕方ないので、誰かの置いた食器に同じ型のものを重ねて返しました。
ホテル側というより、客側のマナーだと思いますが、返却の際、どのようにすればいいのかもっと大きく掲示するとかして、客側に協力を求めてもいいと思います。コップも別でケースを置いてあるのに、トレーに置いたまま返却してるマナーの悪さ、トレーの置き方１つとっても非常識だとかんじました。
忙しい時期は特に同じことがあるのではないかと思います。また、海外の人も多くやってきます。英語や中国語、韓国語などの表記もあると助かるかと思います。余計なお世話かもしれませんが、また是非利用したいと思うので、書かせて頂きました。

お風呂の広さ、部屋の窓が風で開く、食事の時間がチェックインの時に決められる(うちは、遅い時間しか空いていなかった)、浴衣のサイズが無かった(少ない)
