友人には勧めたくないホテルだった

荷物を運ぶワゴンが少なくて利用できない
部屋の掃除が行き届いていない
部屋のソファークッションが古すぎるのか壊れているのかわからないが、お尻が沈んで立ち上がることができなかった。こんなソファーを設置して料金を取るのはお客のことを全く考えていない

ベッドが、湿気で、気持ち悪い😩
夕飯ビッフェ、サラダの品数(キュウリ、トマト)無し💦冷凍のブロッコリーは、べちょべちょで、まずい💦色々ホテル、旅館利用しているが、サービスの悪さが際立った！！
今後の利用は無いかな〜

男女入れ替わりお風呂の内装が異なっていた
エレベーターが大きく早いので移動がスムーズ

とても満足です。
Pros:

温泉も広くとても内装も綺麗でした。
スタッフの方もとても親切でした。
カラオケも出来て遊べるものもあり充実しました。
時間毎にご飯の時間が分かれていたので混んでいてもスムーズに食べられました。

Cons:

脱衣所にムカデが出た。
バイキングのお刺身がしょぼかった。
