Una nota di merito lo meritano le due receptionist ...gentili, pazienti, educate e disponibili...eccellenti
Così come và sottolineata la gentilezza e la delicatezza delle signore delle pulizie.

Cons:

Con questo caldo infernale in stanza non c'era un frigorigero. E da quello che avevo visionato stanza vista mare invece non era così....prima ho avuto stanza in piano interrato con gente che passava sulla strada e che non opportuna da tenere aperta poi chiesto ed ottenuto cambio ho avuto stanza a terzo piano con balcone interno che affacciava su cumuli di spazzatura non comunque di pertinenza dell'hotel

osebje zelo prijajzno, lokacija je za obiske okolice zelo uporabna, sobe žal nimajo hladilnika

zajtrk je bil uredu oziroma nadpovprečen za italijanske nastanitve , lokacija nam je odgvorjala Blizu Catania, blizu Taormina, Etna, in za v pot v Siracuzzo..

Cons:

velikost sobe , dodelili so nam prvotno sobo 1004 ki je bila neprimerna za bivanje- vlaga v pritličju, prijazno zamenjali drugo sobo ki je bila bistveno manjša od te zamenjane.
Sobe nimajo hladilnik - kar je velik minus na Siciliji.

Cons:

L'albergo non dispone di adeguati parcheggi.
Siamo stati costretti a cercare parcheggi liberi, spesso lontani dalla struttura e sempre a pagamento (2 euro all'ora) dalle 8.00 alle 1 di notte.

God værdi for pengene
Pros:

Et lille bekvemt 3-stjernet hotel uden køleskab på værelset, men med perfekt service. Og så er det annex til et 4-stjernet hotel, hvor vi fik en meget fin morgenmad.
