Staff de la recepción inmejorables!
Era una habitación grande por gusto , con dos cuartos de baños innecesarios, en cambio no tenía nada más q una cama y un sofá cama pequeño, con un espacio vacío sin unidad y sin amueblar, el ascensor no llegaba al piso , ni al parking , con varias maletas …una odisea !
La terraza es un hoyo entre las tuberías del enfriador y las bombas de calor, el desayuno pésimo !
Mala calidad de los alimentos, pobre presentación , mal servicio del staff
No lo recomiendo a ningún precio.
posizione fantastica, in centro, tutto estremamente comodo e accessibile. la camera pulita e con tutto ciò che serve. lo staff eccezionale, mi hanno fatto trovare anche un pensiero e gli auguri di compleanno. on avrei potuto chiedere di più!
The hotel is in an amazing spot in the old city center. The reception was very kind and helpful throughout our stay. The room was so spacious and modern, with everything we needed. And the breakfast was exquisite!!
The kettle in the kitchen leaked when the water boiled without being completely full. And unfortunately the warm pool in the spa was not available during our stay, only the cold one and steam room. But these were punctual things that did not affect our overall comfortable stay.

A foglalásom 4 éjszakájára aza 4 napjára 1 óranyi spa szolgáltatas volt az árban. Ez nevetséges. Nem is vettem igénybe.
The staff were absolutely brilliant – friendly, courteous and extremely helpful; we felt so at home. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for a lovely stay 🫶

Great location close to major sights and lovely bars and restaurants. Reception staff are helpful and friendly.
The gym is very small and there is not a pool - I did not use the spa but I think there is a plunge pool in there.
I do think that they should make it clearer when booking that suites are not in the hotel - we only found out after our booking had all gone through.
We were in suite 600 which did feel like we were in a basement and was on ground level so the windows didn’t open and we had to keep the curtains drawn. The suite is well equipped if you want to self cater but there were some strange designs and safety issues eg curtains overhang bed, no phone in room despite reception saying ring 100 for anything, bed is in an alcove so hard to reach anything on bedside tables, the bedside lamp electrics sparked and we are not sure if this was looked at as we just unplugged it and the entire plug socket came out in my hand when I tried to unplug the hairdryer.
I think this is expensive for what you get.
Das Hotel liegt perfekt mitten in der Altstadt. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, sauber und hat bequeme Betten. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Positiv hervorzuheben ist auch das Frühstück A la Card mit frischen Getränken und Speisen. Es hat uns insgesamt sehr gut gefallen.
Manchmal war es zu den anderen Zimmern etwas hellhörig, was aber auch an den benachbarten Gästen gelegen haben kann.
