Great location, really nice hotel, great service and food..will go back!

Clean room and friendly staff

Très bonne literie. Appartement spacieux.
Bien isolé et calme malgré la route passante devant notre chambre.
Il manquait un pommeau de douche dans la baignoire.
Restaurant de bonne qualité cependant pas suffisamment varié au niveau des crudités et des fruits. Les verres d'eau sont trop petits et pas pratique
Ananas excellents !!
Petits déjeuners super bons.
Toujours les mêmes Animations le soir (chanteurs). Manque de spectacles

Le sejour s’est bien passé.
Chambre spacieuse avec vue sur mer
Buffet matin et soir varié.
Toutefois, il manquait d’offrir quelques accessoires dans la salle de bain comme brosse a dent claquette pour la douche par exemple ( des essentiels à mon avis ) puisqu’il s’agit d’un hotel 4 etoiles.
Mais globalement belle experience.
Hotel à proximité de differentes calas accessibles à pied ( mitjana, Galdana , macarella )
Je recommande pour une famille egalement

O hotel é bom, muito bem localizado. Próximo da praia de Cala Galdana e do pequeno centrinho que tem por lá. É um hotel de pessoas mais velhas, reformado. O atendimento maravilhoso.

Nous avons été déçu par cet hôtel, en bord de route
Le personnel de l'hôtel n'est pas très sympathique notamment au restaurant et au bar ( pas de bonjour ni de sourire de certains serveurs )
Complexe trop grand à notre goût, impersonnel...
Les points positifs sont la proximité avec la plage de Cala Galdana et les spectacles du soir

Great value for a 4 star hotel and located in the heart of Cala Galdana Menorca

The staff were really lovely and fun. The nightly shows were worth attending! The breakfast buffet was basic but still reliable. The dinner buffet was disappointing. Overall we a had a nice time - with the Beach only being a 5 minute stroll away.

Excellent customer service in changing rooms to a much nicer view.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!
Die Zimmer sind schön, modern und sauber. Das Treppenhaus und die Gänge sind schmuddelig und der Bodenbelag löst sich überall. Die Lage des Hotels ist für jegliche Art von Ausflügen sehr gut gelegen. Das Essen ist nicht gut. Frisch gekocht werden am morgen nur die Eier und pancake, am Abend Fleisch und Fisch. Alles andere ist Fertigware für Großküchen und Kantinen, selbst das Gemüse und der Salat. ☹️ alles in allem ein nettes Hotel aber keine 4 Sterne 🌟

Posizione eccellente… esci dall’albergo e sei sulla spiaggia di Cala Galdana .
Per la sera e’ necessaria l’auto perché nella zona non c’è nulla solo qualche pub e qualche ristorante ma la vita serale finisce presto 😅.
Comunque staff tutti gentili , cibo di qualità sia a colazione che a cena …Consigliatissimo

Didn’t get what I paid for and the room was mis-advertised.

During booking, I paid extra for a double bed but was given two beds pushed together. The room was meant to be soundproof but the noise from the entertainment every night was so loud it was impossible to sleep before they finished at 11pm. The room was near a lift which woke us up every morning. No support from staff when we complained about these things and were essentially told to just deal with it. I’ve been in touch with the hotel since to discuss a partial refund and not had a response.

Pros: breakfast was nice, hospitality and cleaning staff were all really nice. Good location near the town. Pool was lovely.

I was in room 122 which was very Large. The only downside to this room and others was the constant noise from an outside source, i.e Noise was coming from a Pump/Extractor of some description. I found this a bit annoying but decided not to complain as the benefits of such a large room make up for the disruption.

Stayed with friends for a week at the end of September.
Hotel was clean and entrainment was good. This was are third time at Minura Cala Galdana and it did not disappoint
Food was good and we appreciated the free availability of water at dinner. Staff were always pleasant and helpful and we will return.

Bien dans l’ensemble fait le job et surtout bien placé pour la plage et accès aux transports. Les chambres sont suffisante à mon goût une petite rénovation serait bienvenue. La nourriture est correct, le personnel est vraiment super top. Je recommande cet hôtel.
