Convenient location and ok as just a place for a short stay.
Pros:

Return customer (sixth time). Convenient location. Free on site parking

Cons:

Still stuck in the 1970's (Think fawlty towers). I mean no disrespect as the place has character. But the rooms really do need modernising and brightening up. I'd expect some changes in the last six years.

Great value for money.
Pros:

Very central in the heart of town. Clean staff very friendly .ok for a few days . Stayed lots of times .however hotel looks tired needs a make over. Great prices. Will stay again .

The location was fabulous.

Cons:

There was a bad smell in the room. There was no kettle in the room. The keyring with the room key attached was extremely huge (much bigger than the size of a mobile phone) and therefore guests had to leave the room key at the reception when going out.

A cozy place and very central
Pros:

A nice old fashioned and very British hotel located in the heart of Gibraltar. Rooms were large, quiet and somehow cosy.

Cons:

The service was kind but there were no city maps and no adapters for electronic EU devices available. Also no water cookers in the rooms.

It was a great location!
Pros:

Location, parking and staff.

Cons:

The whole hotel is out of date. 1960s or even 1950s decor. No extra services like bottled water and the ability to make coffee or tea in the room. Breakfast was the cheapest possible. We moved from cheaper hotel in Malaga to a more expensive one in Gibraltar. It did not come close to even being comparable. Over priced with minimal effort put forth. I blame the owner they only want money. Shame. This hotel should never be ranked as good. Fair at the most. Booking.com needs ti be clearer on standards.
