A great disappointment
Pros:

We made our reservations a year ahead of time and called to confirm our reservations a couple months ago and asked for a view and they said that shouldn’t be any problem and when we got there, we got a basement room where the windows in the bedroom didn’t work and the other one couldn’t even see through. It was a great disappointment.

Pros:

Nice one-bedroom upper floor unit; well appointed and (mostly) functional (windows didn't open more than an inch and there was no A/C), with adequate amenities (loved the spice packets) and comfortable furnishings. Overall, it was a good stay for a very fair price given what you get. But, the downsides will have us thinking twice about returning. The walls were a bit thin (though thankfully our neighbors were quiet); the ocean front hot tub was always crowded (the rec center one always empty though!); the beach was subpar (hilly and rough); and, most annoying of all, the moderately-hard sell for Wyndham membership at check-in from a slippery associate who knew less about the area than I did was a lousy start and threatened to ruin our entire stay (please just let me get to my room for our two short days!).

Enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

Great quiet location right by the beach. Comfortable beds, including the Murphy bed in the living room. Plenty of lovely big towels. Close to some great restaurants and even got to see whales from the unit!

Great Spot. I'm here every two years.
Pros:

The resort is gearing up for a major remodel and it is time. While the rooms are immaculate it's time for new beds. They're coming. The staff are helpful and the pool and 2 hot tubs are used all times of the day. The game room is tidy with a pool table and ping pong and a few video games. You can also just go and watch tv or sit and chat by the fire. There is a pickleball court, basketball and tennis so plenty to keep you busy. Yesterday I watched a gray whale make his way south for about a half hour and was thoroughly entertained. Recent work to shore up the "cliff" looks stable and is now protected by a cable railing that doesn't interfere with watching the water from the hot tub.
I read in a negative review that the sliding door was so old it didn't work. There are no sliding doors at this location so I think that review should be eliminated.

Nice place
Pros:

Stayed here overnight in order to eat at the Bay House and go glass blowing in Lincoln City. Clean, warm, comfortable, ocean view and could listen to the ocean. Great sleep, nice bed-- and, I'm not a good sleeper!

Room view gets worse every stay
Pros:

We live a couple hours away stayed here for the first time a couple of months ago in a 1 bedroom. Had a great view with a room near the ocean. stayed twice more in the last 2 months and the room view got worse each stay to where this time, no view of the Ocean. Very disappointing after 20+ years of ownership. Feels like they sucked us into staying here with the first visit and now, are showing us, we really are not a priority. Called this time, 3 times prior to coming, to let them know that we would appreciate a view because the only reason we were coming was to sit in a room and watch the Ocean. Cancelled a room at a motel that I had booked conccurrently that would have guaranteed an ocean view, because I was hoping Gleneden would provide us a unit with a view. Low and be hold they offered us two units, NEITHER with a view at all of the ocean. Great view of a wall of the building, a drainage gulley and a parking lot on the other side of the gulley. Next time I want a place with a view of the Ocean I will pay for a motel. Apparently indicating what my preference would be got me completely the opposite.

Our first stay a couple of months ha ago, had a few things that weren’t up to par. Worst one is, right after an early dinner (5:30pm) we were fixing desert to sit and watch the waves out of the window. A maintenance person suddenly appeared right in front of our window and began cleaning it. No notification or warning. I can only imagine the reaction had their been someone changing clothes to go to dinner or, kids getting dressed, then having a man appear in the window. In addition, there was dryer lint in the sink, dead bugs and dirt under a chair, a light bulb in the bathroom and one in the bedroom were burned out, the heater in the main living area did not work, and the scissors had so much dried food on them we could not open them until they were soaked in water for a while. I emailed the general manager about all the issues and never heard a word back. Makes me feel like, as an owner, we are not appreciated nor important and Worldmark/Wyndam could careless about it’s members. Very disappointing.

strike 3 - you are out
Pros:

Stayed in Depot Bay WorldMark a few weeks ago way better. Was hoping for the same.

1. No pool. I guess I should have looked closer at the fine print. Pool is closed for what could be years.

2. No view. A few units have views, most & ours did not.

3. Condition of Unit.

The bed was the worst bed I have ever slept in at a hotel. Sunk into a hole when I went to lay down and when I did the springs came right up into my back. I weight 165lbs so if you weigh more I bet its worse. No sleep until 4 am when I made my daughter sleep on the couch and I took the pull down. We had 2 nights reserved and left after 1.

The sliding glass door was so old I had to pull up very hard and my hand stills hurts from trying to open it a few times. I just quit going out there it was so annoying.

It just felt old and like they dont care about the units maybe they are getting close to selling or closing the property?

If you are an owner stay at either Depot Bay or Seaside.

Nice Digs
Pros:

Staying at Worldmark Condos is always more comfortable than a Motel. Been a member for 22 yrs. Access to the beach is easy and the view is Beautiful. Parking for our building was challenging even to unload & load. Other buildings parking looked easier.

Beautiful Setting
Pros:

Well, we decided to stop over a couple nights stay. I was texted and asked to reply when I was arriving. So, on the morning around 8:30 a.m. I texted arriving between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. After driving all day, I arrive around 4:30 p.m. only to learn my room was not ready! Well, it wouldn't be ready for an hour! Wow! So, they comped me a few things, but, after six hours locked up in a car you want to stretch your legs and wind down. Oh so the wait was not fun! Finally, we get into the room, it is stuffy and the windows don't open and the doors have no screen. I called to the office for a fan, the office lady brought one over. When she was there I showed the door with the latch on it that is difficult to open. In case of an evacuation and you have to use that door, it could be catastrophic. They really should point that out when you arrive on site! After the place cooled down we were able to settle down! Nice place to spend a couple of days and nights. I enjoyed! Thanks to Melanie and Greg my short stay was a pleasurable one!

Beautiful Spot! Fabulous location!
Pros:

Super friendly staff! No pressure to attend a timeshare presentation. Pool and jacuzzi overlook the ocean. Beautiful views of the ocean from our room. Even though it seemed like the resort was full, it was peaceful and quiet. Very easy to get down to the beach. It really is the perfect spot if you love the Oregon Coast!!

Love the views of the ocean!
Pros:

We could see clearly the ocean waves from our bedroom, living room and deck in our one bedroom unit. With the window cracked the sound of the waves was delightful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The unit was clean and neat and our stay on the Pacific Ocean was delightful.

Beautiful and peaceful
Pros:

I stayed with friends here last Summer. The rooms are very nice, clean and close to the beach. Nice beach for walking but as always on an Oregon beach, bring protection from the wind! It's close to Newport so there are plenty of food options.

A GETAWAY WITH PRIVACY...
Pros:

This place is conveniently tucked and "hiding" through the woods of Highway 101 by the Lincoln City in Oregon... Wow! a beautiful and cozy place for a full of rest vacation and getaway... Its located by the Pacific Ocean and its beach is clean and accomodating... If you are one of those very private person then this is for you...(-: Summer maybe the best time to visit but I will take it anytime of the year... Unmistakably Oregon beaches are the best in the world ---if you do not mind to swim in the ocean waters...(-:

My favorite Worldmark on the Oregon coast.
Pros:

We had a two bedroom unit located in the back building. We were on the ground floor with a nice view of the ocean from our outside porch. The condo was spacious and very clean. They are equipped with a washer and dryer. We were able to eat in for most of our meals. The kids loved the big outdoor pool and hot tub. They also have a recreation center on the back of the property. They have a ping pong table, pool table inside and a hot tub outside. There is also a small play structure for kids, tennis court and basketball hoop outside.

The better choice for central coast
Pros:

There are two Worldmark resorts in the area. We very prefer Gleneden over Depoe Bay. In addition to taking day trips and finding great places for late lunches, we take one or two walks on the beach each day. You cannot do that at Depoe Bay, as there is no beach nor beach access. Also, at Gleneden, there is a great restaurant, the Side Door Cafe, a short walk away.

Right On The Water-Central Coast Of Oregon
Pros:

The WorldMark Gleneden is on the beautiful and majestic Oregon Coast. The property is near Lincoln City to the north and Newport to the south. The resort has 1-3 bedroom units with a fully equipped kitchen a gas fireplace and a balcony or deck. Our room had a unobstructed view of the water. A fitness center and two outdoor pools and hot tubs are available.
This is an excellent property and you are encouraged to consider this site.
