Staff were very kind. The location is absolutely amazing! It's right in the middle of a bustling between America-mura and Shinsaibashi. It's electric and extremely hip with lots of wonderful places to eat and drink. Very short walk to Dotonburi. We'll stay there again. The buffet was part western, part Asian so there should be something for everyone.

Cons:

The rooms and furniture are past their prime but it was clean and daily fresh towels were provided as the towels did not dry overnight. The teacups provided are tiny and not suitable for a large cup of tea or coffee. No coffee provided in the rooms, bring your own.

I wouldn't recomment stainig there. You can find better options for the same price.

Hotel is located in a quet area. Nice breakfasts.

Cons:

As soon as you enter the hotel you feel a smell of siguarette smoke. Same was in the room. The interior looked old, like there were no repair works for a very long time. It was pretty dark in the room, no cieling light, only a lamp on a night stand and another one on the table. There was only one duvet, and when we asked for one more the manager only offered a blanket with suspicious stains. Okay, maybe a spare duvet wasn't available according to the rules of the hotel, but the blanket should be at least clean!

la ubicación y la relación calidad/precio

Cons:

varias cosas no me gustaron: 1) el hotel necesita una renovación, 2) los ascensores no llegan hasta el nivel de la calle, sino a un medio nivel (hay que subir una escalera de 10 escalones cargando las maletas para poder tomarse el ascensor), 3) tal vez lo más terrible de todo: el cuarto contaba con una pequeña ventana, con un cartel que decía "prohibido abrirla", o sea que estuve literalmente encerrada en un cuarto interno, 4) el pobre desayuno.

Ok, rapporto prezzo-posizione!
Pros:

La camera era molto pulita, con bagno privato. La colazione era buona e varia, gratis per tutti i clienti dell'albergo. Il letto era abbastanza comodo.

Cons:

Gli spazi della colazione e le tovagliette delle bevande erano spesso sporche, nota mancanza di una pulizia accurata. La mancanza della possibilità di aprire completamente la finestra per arieggiare la camera.
La mancanza di un ascensore che ti porti al piano terra. Si ferma prima di una piccola scalinata.
