Pros:

L'hôtel est très correct et plutôt bien situé en la cala de Arenal mais il faut marcher pas mal pour aller à la plage. De même pour faire des excursions il vaut mieux avoir ou louer une voiture, car les bus qui passent rarement sont bondés.
Le petit déjeuner buffet est très correct.

Cons:

Pour le petit déjeuner il manque franchement une machine à café car il n'y en a qu'une et vu le nombre de clients nous devons faire la queue pour l'obtenir et ce n'est pas agréable.

La buena ubicación, cerca del aeropuerto, de la playa de Palma, buena conexión.
El personal muy amable.
Buen desayuno.

Cons:

Por sacar alguna pega. Nada de insonorización, se oye todo del pasillo, las habitaciones contigüas y de la calle. Se oye mucho el agua correr de las otras habitaciones y la cisterna.

Ottima struttura, consiglio di prenotare il soggiorno con la colazione inclusa (c’è una vasta scelta, sia colazione dolce che salata). Ogni giorno pulivano e sistemavano le camere alla perfezione. Lo staff è stato ottimo, super gentile e sempre pronto ad aiutare per qualsiasi cosa! Io e mia mamma siamo rimaste contentissime. ¡Muchas gracias por todo y ojalá nos vemos pronto!

Das Frühstückbuffet war für diesen Preis sehr gut. Hotel älter aber sauber. Personal an der Rezeption spricht deutsch und war sehr hilfsbereit. Bushaltestelle ins Zentrum fast direkt vor dem Hotel

Extrémně nepohodlná postel. Vrzající konstrukce, proležené matrace. Zastaralé vybavení. Popraskané umyvadlo, oprýskaná vana. Chybějící topení, hlučná klimatizace. Ubytování hned vedle sportovního hřiště, takze každý večer extrémní hluk.
