Cons:

Beim Abendessen habe ich mir für den Preis ein wenig mehr Aufmerksamkeit gewünscht.
Nach bestellen des Weines ist dieser vergessen worden und nachdem ich nochmals nachgefragt habe nur ein Glas anstatt eine Flasche.
Das Gleiche Problem zeigte sich beim Kaffee, meine Frau bekam ihren Kaffee aber ich bekam keinen obwohl keine Sprachbarriere vorhanden war. Ansonsten super freundliches Personal!

Nice hotel, a bit too expensive for what it is
Pros:

Beautiful construction, a lot of wood, next to the woods

Cons:

You have to ask for many things, for example: no amenities in the room, you have to ask the reception, same for slippers, or extra towels. It gives a feeling of being “cheap”

A perfect retreat
Pros:

The property was nestled into the forest making it the perfect place for a relaxing and peaceful holiday. The spa was excellent and the rooms were well furnished and spacious. The town was close by and had a good selection of restaurants and offers great walking areas with a cable car.

Cons:

The bar area was soul less.

Schön gelegenes Hotel. Die Suite diewir hatten war sehr schön und wirklich gross, mitschöner Terrasse mit Blick auf Berge.
Das Essen war sehr geschmackvoll und schön angerichtet, der Service war top.
Das Früstückbuffet war sehr reichhaltig und alles super lecker.
