Pros:

Prontidão dos funcionários no atendimento, principalmente por parte de uma cozinheira antiga da casa que além da simpatia nos atende prontamente.

Cons:

Falta manutenção. O banheiro parece sujo por conta de boxe com limbo e portas com umidade, ducha higiênica quebrada e falta de ventilação e falta criado num dos lados do apto 215.

Pros:

Café da manhã excelente, restaurante com poucas porém variadas e deliciosas opções de jantar, estacionamento, conforto do quarto, equipe do café da manhã / restaurante bem educada e prestativa.

Cons:

Solicitamos travesseiros adicionais que nos foram entregues no balcão do check-in (isso causou uma má impressão inicial). Para um hotel com nível mais baixo pode até ser assim mas, não acredito que o hotel queira se nivelar por baixo.

Ótimo hotel para eventos
Pros:

Atendimento por parte do evento, fui para uma reunião, fui muito bem recepcionado pela pessoa de evento que se prontificou, me ajudou a encontrar fornecedores. Um trabalho excepcional.
