La chambre et le resto

Cons:

Le spa n'est pas à la hauteur d'un 5*. Pas assez de transat et le jacuzzi fonctionnait partiellement. La piscine extérieur est très bien mais pareil pas assez de transat. Le bar de la piscine pas de personnel pour nos boissons

Un po' distante dalle spiagge ma ne vale la pena!
Pros:

Struttura un po' distante dalle spiagge ma facilmente raggiungibile. Parcheggio a disposizione, stanze grandissime e comode, con balcone. Piscina esterna e interna, con asciugamani compresi con la stanza. Colazione favolosa, c'è persino lo spumante per chi vuol iniziare la giornata con le bollicine!

La pulizia della camera fatta tardi e troppo velocemente, acqua e bicchieri non sono stati cambiati

Personnel au top, petit déjeuner très copieux et avec goût. Très bel hôtel, très belles piscines !
Pros:

Le personnel était vraiment attentionné et professionnel. Rien à dire sur les équipements, piscines, spa, jeux intérieurs. C’était parfait. Le restaurant changeait de carte tous les soirs, ce qui est également très appréciable et honnêtement, je ne m’attendais à une grande gastronomie mais j’ai été agréablement surprise, le goût y était ! Le petit déjeuner était vraiment copieux, sucré salé, il y en a pour tous les goûts.

Cons:

Nous avons dû demander directement aux femmes de chambre de faire le ménage, elles ne passaient pas malgré le panneau.

Serviços de quarto péssimo. Pequeno almoço muito fraco, carregador carro elétrico sem qualquer gestão e funcionários mal preparados.

Em relação ao hotel, tudo .

Cons:

Limpeza, pedi para limparem o quarto e só puxaram os lencois e deixaram toalhas. Não limparam casa de banho , nem recolheram toalhas molhadas.
