Caríssimo!!!! Serviço uma vergonha
Pros:

Funcionários do bar eram super prestáveis e super simpáticos!

Cons:

O pequeno-almoço, fomos às 9h15 da manhã e não repuseram nem sumos, nem panquecas, nem ovos, nada… parecia que estava ao abandono.
Os funcionários, tanto do pequeno-almoço como da receção eram terríveis.
Tivemos uma situação bem desagradável, às 15h30 fomos pedir à receção uma chaleira para ferver a água para a nossa bebé de 1 ano, eram 19h00 quando ligámos novamente a pedir e a resposta foi: se tiver com pressa vá ao bar que é mais rápido. Para quem está a pagar quase 200€ por noite e receber uma resposta deste tipo é vergonhoso.
Fomos ao bar e os funcionários eram 5 estrelas, ajudaram com tudo (secalhar deviam todos aprender a servir o cliente da mesma maneira)

Pros:

Brilliant hotel! More than happy with everything. Gorgeous setting and pretty much central for the Algarve, easy enough to get around with a car. Had a gorgeous massage also!
Plenty of options at breakfast and good choice of snacks meals for the day/evening.
