Przyjemnie na kilka nocy, nie na dłuższy pobyt.
Pros:

Nad samą Gardą, blisko restauracje i puby. Pyszne śniadanie-duży wybór, choć po kilku dniach może się znudzić.

Pros:

Hotel is a really nice building. Great location. Room has a great view. Breakfast area well situated and accessible.

Cons:

Car park charges expensive, that didn’t guarantee a parking space. Cars allowed to park in unmarked spaces causing disruption to trying to exit.

Sehr leckeres und reichhaltiges Frühstück. Zentrale Nähe zum See, Blick auf den See. Sehr herzliches Personal am Empfang. Alles sauber und funktional. Aufzug vorhanden. Unser Zimmer war für eine Nacht ok, für länger aber nicht.

Cons:

Im Zimmer unter dem Dach nur zwei kleine Fenster vorhanden. Einmal mit Blick in den Himmel, einmal unten fast am Boden gelegen. Um den See zu sehen, musste man sich auf den Boden knien. Hellhöriges Zimmers durch einfache Eingangstür und dünnere Wände zu den Nachbarn.

Torbole very nice
Pros:

La posizione decisamente notevole proprio come si vede nelle foto.
Gentilezza dello staff e una buona colazione

Cons:

Purtroppo non avevamo prenotato il parcheggio e siamo rimasti senza. Ci sono dei parcheggi nelle vicinanze ma bisogna avere molta fortuna di trovare posto.

Fabulous
Pros:

The location in the centre of town, next to the lake is perfect
The rooms are fine, the hotel is clean, and the staff are incredibly friendly.

The parking area is quite small, so you do need book & pay for a spot.
We would happily stay here again

Absolut keine Empfehlung – enttäuschender Aufenthalt
Pros:

Die Parkplätze sind grundsätzlich vorhanden, allerdings sehr eng. Die Zufahrt erfolgt zudem über einen Gehweg, was keinen besonders guten Eindruck macht. (13€ Pro Tag)

Cons:

Wir haben die Unterkunft über Booking gebucht und im Voraus bezahlt. Vor Ort kamen zusätzliche Gebühren für Parkplatz und weitere Leistungen hinzu, was uns grundsätzlich bekannt war. Allerdings konnte die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption den zu zahlenden Betrag zunächst nicht korrekt kommunizieren: Aus den angekündigten ca. 60€ wurden plötzlich 150€ dann 110€.

Gebucht hatten wir ausdrücklich ein Zimmer im oberen Bereich mit französischem Bett (durchgängige Matratze) und Seeblick. Stattdessen bekamen wir ein Dreibett Zimmer mit lediglich zwei zusammengeschobenen Einzelbetten. Dieses Zimmer wurde uns vom Mitarbeiter als „Upgrade“ verkauft, das angeblich 100 € mehr pro Nacht kosten würde – eine Aussage, die nach Recherche falsch war.

Besonders problematisch war die Lage des Zimmers unmittelbar neben dem Frühstücksrestaurant. Bereits gegen 06:00 Uhr wurden wir durch die Geräusche und vor allem den starken Geruch von gebratenem Essen geweckt.

Die Eingangstür zum Zimmer hat einen 2cm großen Spalt unten und ist Somit nicht schalldicht.

Als wir am zweiten Tag an der Rezeption auf diese Probleme hingewiesen haben, wurden wir aus unserer Sicht respektlos behandelt. Eine angemessene Lösung oder ein vernünftiger Umgang mit der Beschwerde war leider nicht erkennbar.

Auch die Klimaanlage ist alles andere als angenehm: Der elektronische Temperaturregler schaltet beim Erreichen der eingestellten Temperatur sehr laut und wiederholt, sodass man davon regelmäßig aus dem Schlaf gerissen wird.

Das Frühstück war für uns ebenfalls enttäuschend.
