Tudo. Café da manhã diferenciado, completo. Comodidades maravilhosas! Parquinho, copa baby, piscina aquecida, academia moderna e bem esquipada, garagem ampla que vai direto ao andar do quarto, funcionários eficientes e super solícitos, localização excelente (ao lado do shopping independência), quarto confortável e moderno, chuveiro ótimo!

A localização é boa, a equipe de funcionários é excelente e a cama é confortável. O café da manhã é bom também, embora não seja surpreendente.

Cons:

Acho que não vale o custo-benefício. O hotel é caro demais para entregar um serviço razoável. As luzes do quarto são todas brancas, parecendo hospital. A televisão pega apenas canais abertos. Para um hotel que tem cinco estrelas aqui, deixou a desejar.
