The elevator

Cons:

The cleanliness of the toilet in the room was below standard. There was a visible stain left on the toilet seat, likely due to improper cleaning where the brush could not reach. It appeared to have been there for quite some time, which raises concerns about hygiene and attention to detail.

I had previously reported this issue but did not receive any response, which was disappointing. This is something that should be addressed promptly to maintain acceptable cleanliness standards.

The breakfast was the same everyday and not even a yummy breakfast unlike other hotel i have stayed

My stay was good
Pros:

The location, good breakfast, overall ambience, and facilities were excellent. The staff were also very welcoming, three ladies in particular provided outstanding customer service, even though I didn’t catch their names.

Cons:

The bathroom standards were disappointing, and overall housekeeping was below expectations. While cleaning was being carried out, it didn’t seem effective. For a hotel of this quality, much greater attention to detail in the bathroom and housekeeping is needed. Get a supervisor that checks what’s being done before guests arrive

Läget, utsikten, personal ok . Ren och fräsch i baren och restaurang . Ok frukost . Trevlig ställe.

Cons:

Att först fick ett rum som inte var bäddat och städat . Sen fick ett rom som elen fungerande ej . Till slut bytt jag våning fick en risig rom men det funkade iallafall. Hade det funkat med första rummet jag fick som var ostädat så hade det varit 10/10
