le client n'est que de passage. On vous le fait bien comprendre.
Pros:

proche aéroport et facile d'accès. prises électriques pour les voitures très facile à utiliser à condition que les véhicules thermiques ne se garent pas dessus !!

Cons:

personnel de réception bien médiocre avec une relation client à revoir. très impersonnel et mécanique.
la clé du première classe est au Campanile, encore faut il le savoir .
Concernant le petit déjeuner que j'ai pris à 9 h 00 car suis arrivé à l'aéroport la veille à une heure du matin, presque plus rien. pas d'eau, peu de pain disponible, pot de confiture quasi vide, une disposition à la va vite, suis très insatisfait du niveau de satisfaction client. j'y suis venu car c'était le plus proche de l'aéroport. Etablissement très très vieux ! y a quand même beaucoup mieux ailleurs ......

Tresse, hôtel, très sale, télévision, marche pas, chauffage, dégueulasse insécurité à annuler complètement cet hôtel, jamais vu une hôtel aussi dégueulasse, je suis très déçu

Cons:

On a rien aimé, tout était sale très très sale dégueulasse, insécurité vraiment pas de temps le pire des hôtels que j’ai vu dans tous mes hôtels que j’étais
