Struttura spaziosa e moderna, con un bel panorama, letto comodo, stanza ampia, colazione eccellente, staff gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

Il bagno, con lo scarico del wc non perfettamente funzionante ed il piatto doccia non esistente e con le tendine

失望的一次入住体验
Pros:

没什么满意之处

Cons:

①卫生间下水道臭气大，令人作呕。
②入住时前台接待不告诉我从汽车库门能直接到房间楼层，害得我抬着大箱子上上下下楼梯。
③房间窗外很吵，直到很晚了还有当地的居民孩子在外边玩耍吵闹。
④所见到的服务员都态度冷漠。

Очень доброжелательный персонал, красивый вид из окна, балкон, ухоженная территория отеля. Помогли оперативно организовать трансфер в Тбилиси. Быстро реагировали на все наши вопросы и просьбы. Большое спасибо персоналу отеля.

Недостатков не искал и не нашел.

Sehr zu empfehlen, sehr komfortabel, schöner Bergblick
Pros:

Sehr gepflegt, alles neuwertig, sehr ruhig, das Personal war zuvorkommend und nett auch ein sehr spätes Frühstück war überhaupt kein Problem

Die Betten waren sehr bequem, allerdings sind es Federkernmatratzen das liegt nicht jedem

Cons:

Die Betten wurden in unserer Abwesenheit nicht gemacht, im Badezimmer ist kein Mülleimer für Damenhygieneartikel vorhanden

Buen entorno y vistas
Pros:

El hotel es una gran casa donde se aprovechan sus habitaciones. Tiene muy buenas vistas a la montaña aunque parece que los árboles han crecido mucho y tapan la vista. El personal apena habla inglés pero consigues hacerte entender y hacen lo posible por atenderte bien. El restaurante tiene buena comida.

Cons:

La zona está un poco alejada del centro, rodeada de casas y pisos viejos. Sorprende que el hotel esté bien cuidado. Para acceder a algunas habitaciones hay que subir y bajar escaleras por lo que si llevas maleta grande es un poco incómodo.

Pros:

Everything is amazing, the owner is so helpful he gave us an upgraded room, also provided everything we asked for.
The room is huge, with kitchen extra bed and so many sofas in the separate kitchen.
Also they have a baby bed and shower things (if you have a baby)
The restaurant food is the best in all Armenia(try their home-made wine), super yummy and clean with Jazz music with the best view ever !
There are so many places and sitting areas in the hotel we literally spent half a day there because it's super comfortable and beautiful!
All the people working are so professional and helpful !

Cons:

The only thing that I hated was the weird smell in the bathroom, if they can fix it, it will be a 10/10 .
Unfortunately it's like this. Hoping they can work on it so I can come again !

Pros:

a small boutique hotel in the lush Dilijan with an amazing view of the mountain. Quiet location, the view from the balconies, room and restaurant is amazing.
Very good breakfast

Overall enjoyed our stay. We will go again

Pros:

We were six people and booked three double rooms at this beautiful hotel to spend a night in the stunning town of Dilijan. The rooms were spacious and very clean, and there are plenty of cozy areas both inside and outside the hotel where you can relax. All I can say is that if you’re looking to breathe in the fresh air of a majestic mountain, walk through a lovely little garden, and feel the warmth of being at home, don’t hesitate to book this hotel. Enjoy the delicious breakfast and let the kindness of the management and staff bring a smile to your face. Wishing you a wonderful stay in advance!
