Great location and facilities.
Pros:

Great location within a short walk of the citadel and many restaurants and shops. I also loved the pools, sauna and steam room.

Cons:

Staff were not very friendly and communicating in English was a bit challenging for what I would expect from a Hilton affiliate.

Cons:

Totul învechit si lipicios. La piscina lipsește o persoana care sa supravegheze ce se întâmplă, am nimerit un grup doar de bărbați care au stat la bere, umblau doar in prosop pe jumatate de fund cu toate cele la vedere chiar daca erau prezente doamne si copii. Veneau de la sauna si se aruncau direct in piscina, restul va imaginați.
Restaurantul: dezamăgitor total. La ora 20.30 imi este atrasa atenția ca bucătăria se inchide chiar daca programul era pana la 21.30, apoi am comandat un gulaș care a venit acru-inacrit si doamna de la servire tot ea deranjata imi spună ca poate nu știu eu ce gust trebuie sa aiba si este asa la de sosul de roșii, altceva o pizza uscata si cam atat. Păcat ca poarta un asa brand HILTON.
Ma abțin de la restul si va sfătuiesc sa il ocoliți.

Konum ve girişte ikram ettikleri ılık kurabiyeler ve otopark imkanı.

Cons:

Odalar çok eski odalara su bile koyulmamış. Kahvaltı hilton doubletree için yetersiz.

Un hôtel pratique avec belle piscine intérieure
Pros:

La piscine intérieure bien chauffée et vaste, et saunas, la petite terrasse ensoleillé de notre chambre côté vue citadelle (il vaut mieux prendre ce côté citadelle ..sinon l’autre côté doit être bruyant car vraiment à côté de la route) la literie confortable, la proximité immédiate avec la vieille ville, le parking pratique, les aménities de la chambre.

Cons:

C’est bien sûr un « vieil Hilton » avec son côté désuet (mobilier, deco) sans beaucoup de charme…mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé, nous le savions. Le petit cookie promis n’était pas disponible…puis finalement oui, 2h après…Mais pas grave du tout !
