Outstanding property with magnificent customer service
Pros:

The customer service was outstanding! Celine was wonderful. The hotel is very comfortable, clean and has a feel of a home away from home. They kept hot apple cider in the lounge area available at all times. There’s also options to buy different beverages and during check in they gave us a wood Christmas ornament made in Alsace as a keepsake. The breakfast was excellent. Free parking right outside the hotel. 15 mins walk to the Munster train station and across the street from a smaller train station (this stop I was told is on requests only). I highly recommend this boutique hotel.

Très reposant et chaleureux en période de fêtes.
Pros:

Personnels très avenants et chaleureux avec chaque clients . Hôtel à Munster très bien situé dans la vallée a proximité d’autre très jolies villes et villages.
