The breakfast spread was good, fresh fruit, juices, toast, yogurt and variations of mexican hot breakfast (eggs, frijoles, veggies etc).
Staff was friendly and they help to organize transport to a local place all but one day.
There was only American coffee and one day the machine did not work.
There was not much around at walking distance, it was too far from the centre if you want to see a bit more.

Los alimentos, no tenían café de ningun tipo y el hot dog si cebolla ni jitomate ni chiles en vinagre papas de bolsa y no papas fritas. Muy caro para lo que era.

The bed was small and very uncomfortable, and you can't stream Netflix since TV systems in the room are dated (only cable networks).

The rooms are small. The breakfast consists of bread, fruit, ham, and cheese. If you want an egg you have to pay for it.

El desayuno muy básico, pero no lo vi mal. La ubicación es buena, muy práctica.
Las almohadas siento que podrían ser mejores.
Estuve alojada en el City Express de Querétaro y hubo una gran diferencia en el desayuno incluido: todo lo que aquí tenía más huevo revuelto o al gusto SIN COSTO EXTRA. Aquí por el precio debió ser igual.
En el baño se percibía malos olores (a caño), mala iluminación en la habitación y closet muy básico.
La srta de la recepción nos atendió excelente y muy amable resolvió todas nuestras dudas y nos dio sugerencias muy buenas
El desayuno muy escaso muy simple ...había mucha gente y muy poca comida....el hotel se me hizo caro....tal vez por la ubicación cobran mucho pero no lo vale
