una soluzione ottima
Pros:

la posizione è comodissima, dentro alla stazione di Chibachuo e a pochi passi dalla stazione principale di Chiba. La colazione è davvero abbondante ed è disponibile sia in versione locale che all'europea. Buona disponibilità di ristorazione interna. La camera molto spaziosa rispetto agli standard locali.

地鐵站出來走個幾十公尺，就抵達飯店，非常適合搭乘大眾運輸工具的自助旅行者；房間空間相當大，二個大行李箱攤開還能行走自如，非常舒服，住宿價格也不高，非常實惠；早餐豐盛美味，每天都還會有些微變化，很用心；飯店附近餐廳、超商、商店林立，生活機能便利，是非常棒的住宿選擇。

コスパ最高！
Pros:

とにかく駅近！千葉中央駅と直結していますが、千葉駅からも歩いて行ける距離です。
そして、傘入らずで高架下を通って行くことができます。部屋は割とゆったりしていて、快適です。コスパが実に良いので、おすすめです。

別館への彷徨後の快適な宿泊でした。
Pros:

ロケーションと部屋が広いこと。
朝食もスタッフもGOOD。
別館1階に自動チェックアウト機があるのが便利。

Cons:

別館への案内図
　「本館出入り口を出て左」に行くように略図に書かれていましたが、
「本館の出入り口が2ヶ所ある」ということがわからない。もうひとつの出口を出て左に向かって迷子になり、相当なピンチになりました。
略図は、本館フロントから書いてある方が間違えないと思います。
