Pros:

Location of the hotel is amazingly convenient. Station is literally 1 floor down followed up with Familymart, Mcdonalds, Supermarket even a Tax free drugstore nearby ! Chiba Station is also 10 minute walk away so its really convenient to head to narita airport.

Cons:

Wished there was a microwave in the room. It would be preferred even though theres a familymart downstairs it will be very disrespectful to use their microwave on outside food that ive bought.

照明が、足りません。
フロントと宿泊場所が異なるので大阪の「民泊」の感じです。

駅近なのに、広々ゆったり、くつろげるホテル！
Pros:

部屋が広々としていて、落ち着いた内装だった。ベッドの寝心地も良かった。室内も清潔で、電気ポット等必要なものが揃っていた。ロケーションも良い。駅から直結で便利。
