A pleasant and quiet stay in a small room in the newer Annex section of the hotel.
Pros:

A pleasant and quiet stay in a small room in the newer Annex section of the hotel.

The numerous staff were extremely friendly, helpful and courteous and prepared to address every need.

WIFI availability was good throughout the hotel including the room.

One important missing feature these days are wireless charging pads for mobile phones built into tables and counters. These should be installed as a modern day convenience for all patrons! However, all the rooms outlets did have USB charging ports which was very practical and useful!

The prefabricated all-in-one plastic bathroom was very small measuring less than 2 m X 2 m X 2 m.. Making it a challenge for this 188cm tall & big man to use. The modern but low toilet was set out of square / at an angle which also caused some use issues. The small but high sided bathtub caused an issue trying to get in and out safely without slipping. There was plenty of water pressure and hot water. But the very low ceiling limited height movement when washing hair often causing to hit the ceiling with hands and arms….

The actual queen size was somewhat firm and comfortable.

The room was quiet but did not have any drawers or cupboard to store clothes in due to its smaller size, so had to live out of the suitcase, so to speak. The hvac did not work as the cooling was turned off for the winter season so it could not be adjusted for a comfortable temperature at all times. To cool the room at night, the window had to be open to allow cool / cold air to enter the room for a good night sleep.

The included breakfast buffet was simple and adequate with a small variety of eastern and western breakfast items.

This hotel was well situated directly at the Chiba Chuo train Station and at the indoor shopping stores and restaurants directly underneath the rail tracks.

This is a good quality hotel and well located ! Highly recommend it!

Pros:

The room was very clean and modern style.
The cleaning staff were very kind and friendly. We stayed at this hotel for six consecutive nights but the room was very clean every day.
We will come back to this hotel every year for sure.

Overall a comfortable hotel and most affordable in a great location, will return for sure
Pros:

Front desk staff are friendly and most helpful, supplied an efficient fan for the room to assist with cooling, cleaners are friendly and accommodating, location is awesome, vending machines excellent, most of the staff are proficient in English, the daily top up of bottled water was a bonus

Cons:

the aircon in the main building is non-adjustable hence the room becomes unbearably hot however the control can be switched off, the windows cannot be opened, the laundry is located in the Annex building next door (the Annex building aircons CAN be adjusted to suit)
