Pros:

Amazing location, annex room was large and very clean. Even the bathroom was larger than average. Washing machines were very convenient and easy to use. Conbini, supermarkets, train and restaurants literally 1 minute away, lovely place! Self checkout also took 30 seconds, everything was so smooth, this is my second stay and I would return again.

Good hotel in a great location.
Pros:

We like the location, the room was clean . Breakfast was well presented with several options.

東京千葉どちらにも便利なホテル
Pros:

駅から雨に濡れずにホテルに行ける。
京成線だけでなく、JR駅へも徒歩で移動可能。
周りに飲食店スーパーなどもあり食事に困らない。
新館には洗濯機もあり、乾燥まで一度にできたので食事して戻ったらちょうどいいくらい（２時間）だった。
空港へのリムジンバスもある。

レンジの設置がなかった。
フロントに頼めるのかも
