Qualidade do Hotel excelente,atendimento não compatível com a qualidade do Hotel.

Otima Localização,custo benefício ok.
Café da manhã,oriental ok.
Conforto e limpeza do quarto e banheiro excelente.

Cons:

Atendimento da Recepção horrível,embora ela tenha feito o serviço dela,como explicar o horário do café da manhã,horários de checkout e como chegar ao prédio que estaríamos reservados .
Ela se mostrou com a menor vontade de ser simpática ou ao menos mostrar a direção que teríamos que ir.Isso porquê falamos o idioma japonês,fiquei me perguntando se falasse outro idioma,talvez ela nem se esforçaria em nos ajudarmos.

Excellent stay with great service and very clean.
Pros:

Excellent breakfast with lots of variety. Breakfast area kept well stocked and clean. You could tell the employees took pride in their work.
The room was small, but very clean.
