Pros:

Sitio muy recomendable para ir a descansar y desconectar. Nosotros fuimos en coche y aunque no tiene parking no nos costó mucho encontrar aparcamiento. El personal nos trató increíble, recomendamos mucho desayuno y disfrutar los servicios que ofrece. Volveríamos encantados.

A fost un sejur magic, echilibrat, plin de confort, eleganță și servicii impecabile – recomandat cu toată încrederea! ❤️
Pros:

Am apreciat în mod special profesionalismul personalului încă de la recepție și atenția la detalii. Pentru că era ziua mea, am primit un upgrade la o cameră la etaj superior, cu o priveliște foarte frumoasă, iar în cameră ne aștepta o șampanie rece cu pahare pregătite – un gest elegant și memorabil. Camera a fost spațioasă și foarte bine izolată fonic. Mâncarea (demipensiune) a fost constant proaspătă, variată și gustoasă, iar organizarea restaurantului pe zone (familii, adulți, zonă de liniște) este excelentă. Curtea este impecabil întreținută, cu palmieri și alei largi, piscina generoasă, cu zonă separată pentru copii și activități zilnice. Mi-a plăcut și zona liniștită de șezlonguri cu vedere la ocean. Acces direct la plajă, stație de autobuz chiar vis-a-vis, magazine și farmacie în imediata apropiere – totul foarte convenabil. Faptul că la plecare ne-au oferit posibilitatea de a rămâne la piscină și o cameră pentru duș, gratuit, a fost un mare plus.

Cons:

Pentru noi nu a fost neplăcut, dimpotrivă, a dat un plus de charm locului, dar ca info - Plaja din fața hotelului păstrează farmecul său natural, cu nisip negru și pietre, fiind neamenajată pentru plajă.

Great hotel with a large garden/ pool area that is taken care of, loved the birds singing in the trees! There is plenty of place for everyone and we always found sunbeds- you are by the ocean. Our spacious room was on the first floor nr. 107, we had the sun all evening compared to many other rooms on the other side. All rooms had sea view I think. The breakfast was plentyful, yes crowded during busy hours but we sat outside every morning. Everything worked well, the bus to Ingles took 13 min and costs 1,45€! The airport about 20 min. by bus. There are couple of grocery stores in the area and nice restaurants. Yes, it is a bit far away from the huzzle but one should check the map before booking :)

Przyjemny hotel w spokojnej okolicy przy plaży Bahia Feliz. Piękny ogród oraz taras słoneczny i baseny rekreacyjne. Jedzenie smaczne i różnorodne, w odległości spaceru znajduje się miejscowość San Augustin oraz Playa del Ingles. Personel hotelu stara się na każdym kroku, aby pobyt w hotelu był udany, a goście zadowoleni :-) Dziękujemy i polecamy.

Das Zimmer und der große Balkon mit dem traumhaften Ausblick und das Essen

Das Hotel wirbt mit einem Ruhebereich beim Essen, diesen gibt es auch wird aber nicht genutzt.
Beim Pool dasselbe, es gibt eine wunderschöne Poolanlage mit verschiedenen Pools die aufgeteilt sind in kinder und Erwachsenen Pool aber egal trotzdem tummeln sich kinder unter 18 jahren im "Erwachsenen Pool " Das Hotel verfügt über einen Spa der aber nur gegen Gebühr zugänglich wird, das ist auch auf der Webseite des Hotels nicht einsehbar. Das schlimmste zum Schluss die Sauberkeit außerhalb des Hotels ist alles pico bello auch im Restaurant, aber angefangen bei den Fluren zum Zimmer die wohl selten gesaugt werden, bis hin zum Zimmer das wir völlig ordentlich und sauber vorhanden, wenn man 1 Woche bleibt darf ruhig alle 2 Tage das Zimmermädchen ihre Arbeit verrichten, wie soll ich es sagen sie hatte am tag ca. 4h zeit unser zimmer zu reinigen, sie hat es nicht geschafft, wir haben uns von ihr neue Handtücher und Toilettenpapier geben lassen und haben es gut sein lassen.2 Tage später waren wir für 2h am Pool und als wir zurückkehren wieder kein gemachtes Zimmer, daraufhin sprachen wir sie direkt an und sie versprach sich sofort um unser Zimmer zu kümmern. Daraufhin machten wir noch einen 1h Spaziergang bei unserer Rückkehr aufs Zimmer war unser Bett nicht frisch bezogen und nur dürftig gereinigt und der seifenspender der schon bei Bezug leer war, war es immer noch, meine Frau ging nochmal zu der Dame um sich ein neues Bettlaken zu holen, dieses händigte sie meiner Frau aus die ihr Bett schließlich selbst frisch bezog.Wir haben mit den Grupotel immer ganz gute Erfahrungen gemacht sollten uns aber dieser Umstände in diesem Fall nicht so wirklich wohl fühlen.
