Los espectáculos eran solo para los estrangeros y los y las animadoras solo hablan inglés no hablan español y no te enteras de nada en los espectáculos cuando se ponían hablar.

La verdad que una decepción. Se me quedó en la repisa del baño una plancha ghd y un secador profesional valorado en casi 500 euros y desaparecieron. Lo peor de todo ha sido que después de llamar en más de 5 ocasiones y que me dieran largas, no se haya puesto en contacto conmigo absolutamente nadie, ni manager del hotel, ni gobernanta, nadie. Me parece super vergonzoso que un hotel de 4 estrellas no se preocupe ni lo más mínimo en este tipo de incidentes ni de responder a la reclamación que hice por correo. Sin duda para denunciar.

Todo! Tanto el personal, como la comodidad. Todo estaba muy limpio. La comida nos encantó, mucha variedad y toda muy rica. Nos gustó que habían varias zonas de hamacas y nunca faltaban

Las instalaciones están genial. Buen destino para ir con hijos pequeños.

Cons:

Muy centrado al público inglés. Las actividades y espectáculos no son en castellano. No lo repetiría ni lo recomiendo por ese motivo

La struttura nel suo complesso è bene attrezzata e organizzata.

Cons:

In particolare che non ci sia una piscina solo per adulti, visto che ce ne sono 3 a disposizione. Qualche ombrellone in più nei lettini vista mare.

Pros:

The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Great location right next to the beach, with plenty of beach chairs available. The restaurant offered a wide variety of food choices. Excellent accessibility, with wheelchair access available everywhere across the property.

Cons:

Beds: The bed was quite uncomfortable. Instead of a proper double bed, it was two single beds pushed together, leaving an annoying gap in the middle, and the beds slid apart whenever you turned over.
Room maintenance: Our room door didn't open or close smoothly—we had to push it quite hard every time.
Facilities & Dining: One of the indoor pools was closed for renovation. Also, the restaurant gets very busy during peak hours, so it can take a while to find an available table.
