Buen hotel, limpieza bien aunque algun detalle que mejorar, pero en general bien, personal agradable, instalaciones buenas aunque el centro del pueblo un ratito andando como 10-15minutos

Albergo un po' retro elegante benissimo organizzato e curato sia nelle stanze che nei grandi e accoglienti spazi comuni. L'affaccio su un bel lungomare molto curato, un piacevole bar all'aperto e la vicinanza al centro hanno contribuito a un soggiorno sopra le aspettative. La colazione è più che ottima e il personale efficiente e disponibile. Ottimo il parcheggio interno. Noi non lo abbiamo provato, ma ci hanno parlato molto bene anche del ristorante.

Cons:

Durante il nostro soggiorno la temperatura era piacevolmente fresca, ma se avesse fatto caldo, credo avremmo sentito la mancanza dell'aria condizionata

Ci tornerei.
Pros:

La posizione è ottimale. Se si ha la fortuna di poter avere una camera con il balcone verso la Playa de Santa Marina, magari prenotando in anticipo si riesce anche a dei costi accessibili come è successo a noi, la vista e il relax sono sono impagabili. Dormi cullato dalle onde nella baia in sottofondo, il mare è ad un passo, il silenzio regna, un posto di pace e bellezza. Il personale è gentile e disponibile, le camere pulite, il ristorante ottimo, uno dei migliori posti dove abbiamo cenato nelle Asturie. Anche la colazione una delle migliori rispetto agli hotel dove abbiamo soggiornato durante questo viaggio tra Asturie e Paesi Baschi. Si è ad un passo da Tito Bastillo, dai Bufones dei Pria, Covadonga è a poco più di mezz'ora.

Cons:

Un po' distante dal paese di Ribadesella, quindi pochi servizi vicini, ma alla fine sono 15 minuti a piedi. Ma ne vale la pena, per un po' di pace e tranquillità in più

Such a beautiful seaside resort
Pros:

The continental breakfast was fantastic and so many options - fresh fruit, breads, cheeses, yogurts , etc.
We had a seaside view that could not have been more beautiful. There is no air conditioning in the region hotels, but the staff delivered a large fan to our room to circulate the air. Staff at the hotel was so helpful and pleasant.

I would not recommend staying here. It is impossible to sleep is someone is in the room next door.

NOISE ISSUES AND POOR RESPONSE
The walls in this hotel are incredibly thin. We could clearly hear the TV in the room next to us blaring all evening, which made it nearly impossible to relax, let alone fall asleep. We finally went down to reception at 12:30am to ask for assistance. They assured us it would be dealt with—but nothing changed. The TV NEVER went off. We ended up lying awake for hours. We mentioned it again in the morning, but the response was equally dismissive. We told “the manager doesn’t work on Sundays.”

MAINTENANCE PROBLEMS
As if the noise wasn’t bad enough, the shower in our room was literally hanging off the wall. It made using it not only unpleasant but borderline unsafe. The phone is the room also didn’t work. For a hotel that markets itself as a premium experience, this level of basic maintenance neglect is unacceptable.

NO FOLLOW-UP
We reported both the noise issue and the broken shower again at checkout. The staff promised someone would get in touch with us via phone or email to follow up. It’s now been several weeks and—unsurprisingly—there has been no communication at all.
