Pros:

Parking available at the hotel. Bath/shower had a curtain with magnets so the whole bathroom floor didn't end up getting wet as usual in hotels. Nice touch.

Cons:

The room was very hot, ventilator didn't help at all even though outside temps didn't exceed 23 degrees. Continental breakfast was mediocre at best. Not much choice there. The bathroom seemed to have had leaks in the past with repairs that looked horrible. I wouldn't pick this place midsummer.

Convenient, good value with an obliging manager.
Pros:

Loved having coffee bags in my room (but would have liked some Earl Grey tea too). Liked the shelf in the bathroom behind the loo.

Liked that the windows opened properly. I dislike it when one can only open a few inches.

Cons:

Would have appreciated a couple of drawers (or even one) in the room. Also the key 'failed' twice and not always easy to find a member of staff to reset it. It was difficult to use the hair dryer as plug opposite side to access hole.

Service too slow for our Sunday lunch - although we had ordered in advance & arrived in good time, it still took 45 minutes before it was served.

Pros:

problème dans la 1ere chambre attribuée à l'arrivée, très , très petite , pas d'armoire et problème de salle de bain seul le lit était bon , je pense trop petit pour 2 personnes. Nous avons réclamé et directement nous avons pû changer de chambre qui elle était très bien. le personnel très sympa le déjeuner aussi . nous sommes satisfait de notre séjour.

Cons:

la première chambre et beaucoup d'escaliers.

Comfortable, good value for money, perfect location, definitely will return!
Pros:

Stayed before good value, slept really well. The rooms have been updated, carpets really nice along with new furniture, though the bathrooms need to be next, even if it’s just bleaching around those areas that are tired!

Been here before and will go back again as its good value for money
Pros:

The location is perfect to access town centre or quayside. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

The room was unbearablely hot even with a fan. Bath/shower still dirty from prior guests use

Excellent location. Everything perfect for what we wanted.
Pros:

Location was excellent for cathedral, 4mins, Quay 4mins and city center 4mins. All times walking. Quiet even with windows open at night. Good pub meals. Room was clean and parking was good. Staff friendly and helpful.

Cons:

All good.

Pros:

La chambre était de bonne taille, lit plutôt confortable. Douche avec un flux agréable bien que l’eau chaude avait du mal à venir.
Petit déjeuner correct mais pas exceptionnel non plus.

Cons:

La chambre plein sud était bien chaude et bruyante le 1er soir : nous avons laissé les fenêtres ouvertes pour avoir de l’air (sommes restés 2 nuits). Rue très passante et animée.
Le 2ème soir nous avions réservé une table au restaurant pensant que ce serait rapide et plus simple.
45 mn pour avoir nos verres (qui avaient manifestement été oubliés), plusieurs plats n’étaient plus disponibles, puis encore 30 mn d’attente pour avoir nos plats. Lasagnes correctes, salade sunshine était bien. Une fois notre repas fini plus de serveur dans le restaurant pour payer nous avons donc rejoint notre chambre dans l’idée de régler notre note lors du Check out. Bref service très décevant côté restaurant en tous cas. Nous n’avons peut être pas eu de chance ?

Was fine for what I needed and its location was perfect - the staff were good.

Found the breakfast a bit disappointing…
Plenty of choice but the cooked food not brilliant.
