Staff very attentive and cordial. Pool was great. Close to many stores and fun activities.

Was under renovation including elevator so had to walk up 3 flights of stairs but not too bad.

Will definitely return on any future visits to Palm Springs.

Love it! I rented a studio for me and my bf but they upgraded us to their 2 bedroom that is bigger than my house for free. I definitely had a relaxing staycation.

Beautiful view of mountains on the balcony 😍

Our 2bdrm deluxe condo came with a full kitchen, 2bathrooms, and a washer/dryer. It was perfect for our party of 5 during our Fri to Mon stay. The hotel staff was courteous and very friendly! The pool area never got too loud and we enjoyed the location between the close proximity of downtown and the Aerial tram. Will definitely be looking to stay here again next year!

This property was well located, driving time to downtown was 3-5 min. Free parking. Inside was exactly as described - very spacious. The view was fantastic - mountains and palm trees. Checking -in was at 4pm but even though we got there at 2:30 they let us sit around the pool while we waited for our room to be ready. I would go back there.

In a good location to walk to dining and shops. The resort hot tub was out of order for 3.5 days of our stay. The manager did not respond to our inquiry asking when it would be repaired. Staff was friendly and our rental was clean except for the bath tub. Overall positive but we may try another hotel next time.
