So so experience in terms of Japanese standard
Pros:

The hotel is nicely well located, like 2-3 mins walking from Shizuoka station, there is a 7-11 downstairs and many restaurants nearby. The room size was quite decent.

Cons:

The hotel is not very clean in terms of Japanese standard and kind of old. I could see some cracks and some mold in the bathroom, not due to the fault of cleaning staff, but more likely due to the facility being old. The AC was so loud and I have tried every option on the control panel but still neither too cold or too warm.

駅近が最大の魅力
Pros:

１階にセブンがあり，ホテル内からも入れて便利でした。無料の水のペットボトル2本が冷蔵庫にあり，嬉しかったです。

どうかな
Pros:

角部屋だったため静かで、部屋も広かったです

Cons:

朝食で、6時30分からは黒いパインが1つだけ置かれた状況で7時過ぎには引き下げられて追加が無かったので見た目あまり良くなかったです。

Ein absolut empfehlenswertes Hotel! Die Lage direkt am Bahnhof Shizuoka (Ekinan/Südausgang) ist unschlagbar praktisch für Reisende. Das Hotel ist modern, extrem sauber und sehr gut organisiert.
​Die Zimmer bieten einen tollen Komfort und das Personal war durchweg super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch die Gepäckaufbewahrung funktionierte reibungslos. Für einen Aufenthalt in Shizuoka die perfekte Adresse
