Wspaniały pobyt
Pros:

Słowa nie oddadzą tego, jak bardzo jestem zadowolona z pobytu, wszystko było na najwyższym poziomie. Czystość pierwszorzędna, pokoje sprzątane codziennie, ręczniki, kapcie, kosmetyki do mycia, suszarka, widok z balkonu na morze. Śniadania w formie bufetu, zawsze smaczne, dużo owoców i warzyw, na bieżąco dokładane. Z ogromnych plusów plaża z leżakami w cenie do której przechodzi się przez hotelową restaurację. Na szczególną pochwałę zasługuje też obsługa - zawsze miła i uśmiechnięta. W dniu wyjazdu trafił nam się problem zdrowotny i zapytaliśmy o możliwość przedłużenia pobytu - pan menager nie tylko bezproblemowo to załatwił, się również pytał się czy czegoś nie potrzebujemy i jak się czujemy, a nawet przyniósł termometr. Jeżeli tylko będę ponownie w Sarandzie - wiem gdzie wrócę! Dziękuję!

Die Lage direkt am Meer und der supertolle strandkeeper der war super nett

Das Deluxe Zimmer war sehr abgenutz, die Vorhänge zerissen,das Wandregal oben und unten hang fast lose die Kühlschranktür konnte man nicht zumachen TV Kanäle gab es auch keine nur ein rauschen, mit Manager geschrieben was alles kaputt ist hat sich schriftlich über meine beschwerde belustigt, nach meinem retourschreiben dann aber doch die Rezeptionistin die sehr nett war ins zimmer geschickt dass ich ihr das live zeigen soll. Danach erst wurden die Vorhänge komplett ,entfernt keine anderen aufgehängt und das Wandmobiliar provisorisch mit L-hacken angebohrt und befestigt ohne unsere Sachen weckzuräumen die waren dann alle vom Bohren an der Wand schmutzig. Es wurde uns nicht mit einem anderen Zimmer entgegengekommen.

Super comodo e confortevole! Pulitissimo e alla portata di tutti!
Pros:

Colazione ricca e varia con specialità diverse ogni giorno; il mare stupendo e comodissimo con spiaggia attrezzata a tutti i comfort. Il personale sempre disponibile e gentilissimo! Ci hanno proprio coccolati!

تجربة ممتازة. الفندق والغرف نظيفة جداً، وخدمة الغرف تنظف يومياً. الإفطار جيد والموقع ممتاز، حيث توجد مطاعم وسوبر ماركتات في نفس الشارع. الإطلالة على البحر جميلة جداً، والكادر متعاون وودود أنصح بالفندق .

Prisvärt hotell med bra service. Nära till stan men utan att bo mitt i staden.

Väldigt trevlig personal! Bra läge, centralt men inte smack i mitten. Rent och fräscht.

Cons:

Svårt att hitta parkering i närheten av hotellet. Hög ljudnivå på gatan utanför. Var tvungna att ha balkongdörren helt stängd för att kunna sova
