Pros:

Moderne, aber komfortable Ausstattung. Die Zimmer waren sehr gross und mit Balkon zum See hin.
Das Personal ist, wie übrigens überall in Albanien, sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Dafür gibt es grosse Komplimente.

Cons:

The breakfast wasnt the best, it was just eggs and small sausages and that was it. We asked for our 3 rooms to be next to each other and they didnt manage to do it.

Top zentrale Lage, Suite mit Meerblick sehr gut. Leider wenig Ablageflächen. Ruhiges, sauberes Zimmer. Parkplatz vor Ort kostenfrei.

Cons:

Personal nicht wirklich freundlich. Frühstück für diese Hotelkategorie sehr schlecht. Es gab keinen Schwarztee sondern nur 2 kleine Thermoskannen zur Selbstbedienung mit einer nichtdefinierbaren Teesorte. Die Kannen wurden nur unzureichend nachgefüllt. . Lauter, kleiner Frühstücksraum.

Lovely Stay.
Pros:

We have a lovely stay at Hotel Enkelana. Our room was on the 6th floor with a nice lake view. Clean room and modern decorated. Breakfast was simple but tasty enough.

Cons:

We have to stay only for 1 night, wish to come back again

Pros:

personale alla reception molto bravo e professionale. il manager ci ha fatto scegliere la camera accompagnandoci personalmente. ci hanno prenotato un taxi x il giorno dopo, ricordandosi poi della prenotazione. Bellissima posizione fronte lago.

colazione un po monotona con poca scelta di dolci e senza frutta fresca
