Pros:

Excellent location, little overpriced for quality of rooms and services.
Pros:

The location and friendliness of the staff, and sea veiw from the room.

Cons:

Old hotel and looked its age with tired and worn decor.

Given the history of hotel and its architecture we expected a first class breakfast using lo
Pros:

Thought breakfast poor and did not meet our expectations.Poor quality ingredients ie sausage tasteless mushrooms ? tinned but not freshly cooked scrambled eggs solid.

Large and spacious historic property

Cons:

We were told the bar shut at 8 o’clock, but found out after going out it was open later - we would have stayed and spent money in the hotel had we known

Clean,comfortable and excellent breakfast
Pros:

Ideally situated for us about 5 minutes from Fleetwood Golf Club, the room had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable, the buffet breakfast was excellent and plenty of choice

Cons:

Would have liked a room with a better view we were overlooking a flat roof and the car park, but it was only for one night so didn’t impact on our stay
