Pros:

Everything was great - the food, the rooms, the staff, the location, the organisation. We really enjoyed our stay and most definitely will be back again soon enough.

Cons:

- The rooms definitely need more hangars for wet towels and beach clothes outside on the balcony. The small one we had mounted on the wall was highly insufficient for 3 people.
- The gym is subpar and definitely a letdown for someone who was looking to do a quick half-decent workout - no barbel, the treadmill was out of service, no bench, no squat rack.
- The couch was definitely broken and off-balanced, thank God my son isn't heavy and slept ok-ish. A grown person will definitely have a hard time sleeping there.

Locatia chiar pe malul marii.
Mancarea foarte bună cu gust

Aparent pe malul marii,da pana ajungi e inchis pe căile de acces cu portițe
Sunt 3 grupuri de cazare
În grupul.A unde am fost cazați. Mergem mult pana la sala de mese sau plaja.avantaj cei din grupurile B si C ca sunt aproape
Da nu e f grav .dupa atata all inclusiv. Trebuie și mișcare.
Fața de alte locații din Bulgaria unde de ziua mea am.gasit o atenție în camera .aici nimic și stiau asta 😁
Și dacă mergi la.inceput de iunie e pustiu prin stațiune. Nu este animat ca în Nesebar sau Sunny Beach.

Pros:

Amabilitatea personalului, este foarte curat ,paturi și perne foarte confortabile(aveam această problema când mergeam in concediu),prosoape schimbate zilnic,mâncare diversificată și proaspătă,copiii s-au simțit minunat alaturi de animatori ,in fiecare zi pentru câteva ore am uitat că îi avem ,ne-am alocat timpul pentru noi amândoi,cu siguranță mai revenim vara aceasta.A fost o vacanță excelentă!

Cons:

Parcarea se plătește separat și la fel și șezlongurile de pe plajă( se putea face un pachet cu toate incluse) .Cele de la piscina sunt gratuite și beneficiați și de prosoape pentru ele pentru durata concediului.Se pot schimba zilnic.

The food is poor quality and tasteless. The drinks were very, very poor quality, all the cocktails were made with juice from the dispenser (nothing natural). Everything was of poor quality.

A fost un sejur relaxant.
Pros:

A fost pozitionat foarte aproape de plaja. Personalul foarte amabil. Curatenia.

Cons:

Mancarea, majoritatea era preparata din carne congelata, semi-preparate. Prajiturile aveau un gust sintetic.

Pros:

Хареса ми това, че персонала на рецепция беше изключително любезен и усмихнат. Също така локацията е много добра, на ръба на плажната ивица, както и има удобен паркинг.

Cons:

Не ми хареса това, че лоби бара е така позициониран, че всичко, което се случва там буквално канти във всички стаи, защото хотела е с отворено разположение и като има хора там след 00:00 часа спането става невъзможно. Също така камериерката във 7:00 часа пусна прахосмукачка по теракотения под в коридора, което се чуваше из целия хотел. Ясно е, че такива са архитектурните дадености на хотела, но трябва да се има предвид потенциалната невъзможност за почивка при отсядане там.

Хареса ни местоположението на хотела, това че храната беше разнообразна и вкусна, отзивчивостта на персонала и дизайна на хотела.

Cons:

Леглата бяха много неудобни, матраците са като продънени. Хубаво ще е да ги сменят по-често.
