Семейство с дете на 2 години сме. Престоят ни в хотела беше сравнително задоволителен и повечето неща ни харесаха.
Pros:

Персоналът е много усмихнат и любезен, въпреки че доста голяма част от тях не говорят нито български, нито английски, но поне се усмихват, разбирахме се някак. Разположението на хотела е чудесно, басейнът и обстановката около него също много ни харесаха. Храната беше вкусна и разнообразна.

Cons:

Престоят ни беше 4 дни, като на втория никой не дойде да почисти стаята ни. Тъй като имахме нужда и от чисти хавлии помолихме на рецепция за почистване и хавлии, но получихме само захвърлени на спалнята чисти хавлии без дори да вземат мръсните такива които има указание да бъдат оставени на пода. Някак си просто не ми изглежда нормално в хотел на брега на морето стаята да не се почиства ежедневно, най-малкото внасяме пясък неволно.

Pros:

Локацията е отлична, стаята беше голяма и с отлична гледка. Леглата бяха удобни. Храната беше хубава и разнообразна. Персонала беше усмихнат и приветлив.

Cons:

Единственото "лошо" беше, че някой майстор като е правил банята е направил наклона към вратата и не се изтичаше добре водата. Но това не беше болка за умиране.

Pros:

Everything was great - the food, the rooms, the staff, the location, the organisation. We really enjoyed our stay and most definitely will be back again soon enough.

Cons:

- The rooms definitely need more hangars for wet towels and beach clothes outside on the balcony. The small one we had mounted on the wall was highly insufficient for 3 people.
- The gym is subpar and definitely a letdown for someone who was looking to do a quick half-decent workout - no barbel, the treadmill was out of service, no bench, no squat rack.
- The couch was definitely broken and off-balanced, thank God my son isn't heavy and slept ok-ish. A grown person will definitely have a hard time sleeping there.
