Pros:

I would certainly recommend Ravenstone Manor. The beds were comfy, room and hotel was clean, water pressure very good, breakfast just what I wanted, dogs are welcome. The only other comment I have is that the fish and chips I ordered in the evening so so enormous, I could only eat half of it.

Brilliant location, downstairs is furnished beautifully and staff were very kind and helpful.

Cons:

Dated rooms, black mould in the bathroom and spider cobwebs on ceilings. Needs more parking spaces as there isn’t enough for guests of hotel and additional visitors for the food. Perhaps also needs a signposted one way system for driving from road into the property as if you meet a car, there is little space for you to pass or turn around. Food prices are a little on the expensive side so we only ate once out of the three nights we were there. Not enough food options for continental breakfast. Also the postcode on this website takes you further up to a private property instead of the manor.

Pros:

Downstairs the hotel was very smart and chic - bedrooms a little dated but very comfortable.
Breakfast was fantastically tasty - good choices.
Pleasant staff and friendly atmosphere.
