La terraza tenía unas vistas impresionantes del pueblo y el mar, además el hotel en general tiene una decoración muy vintage que lo hace muy acogedor

Tienes que coger el coche para todo porque está en lo alto de una colina y subir hasta ahí se hace duro andando

Las vistas a la ciudad eran muy bonitas.
Nos dejó el aparcamiento sin pagar suplemento porque no había apenas usuarios.
Un hotel muy amplio.

Cons:

El hotel era muy grande, muy antiguo (pero tenía su toque bonito a rústico), pero si que recomiendo un lavado de cara, porque quedan pocos hoteles así de majestuosos... La cama chirriaba con solo mirarla, y si que olía bastante a humedad todo el hotel en sí. Entiendo que la situación de donde esté conlleve a tener más humedad, pero buscar alguna solución estaría bien.

A wonderful visit to Laredo but would not recommend staying in this hotel.
Pros:

The view from our balcony over the town was superb. We loved Laredo but would never return to Hotel Ristorante Risco.

Cons:

The hotel is tired and needs revamping . Older guests or those with mobility problems would have difficulty accessing the town due to its location.
The staff in general were uncommunicative.
The advertised breakfast time changed for 9am to 10 am despite the notice of 9-11 am clearly displayed. We returned at 10 am to find one guest eating a croissant. When we sat down and ordered a croissant each the rather surly woman informed us that there was only one left ,which is what we did and found an excellent cafe in the old town .
Three hours into our drive to our next hotel in Lleida ,my wife realised that she had left some of her clothes in the hotel wardrobe. The receptionist at Lleida Parador contacted Hotel Risco , gave them our address and asked them to return the clothes that I would pay for. Numerous emails and telephone calls were then made over the next two months. A Spanish friend communicated with the hotel regarding the return. I offered the cost of postage and 100€ to the employee who would take the clothes to the post office to be told that no one could be bothered to do this. I then ordered a box from Amazon Spain to be delivered to the hotel and organised a company to collect the clothes. They arrived today!

Er beviel ons niets.

Cons:

Er viel pleister van het plafond. Water liep langs de verlichting in de slaamkamer naar binnen, blijkbaar was de bovenbuur ook aan het douchen!! Een kamer met 2 enkele 1 persoonsbedden was geboekt. We kregen een kamer met 1 klein bed. Uiteindelijk toch een kamer met 2 bedden bekomen zoals geboekt. Ontbijt was niet mogelijk voor 9h, echter geen beweging te zien om 9 uur. Uiteindelijk kwam er toch iemand rond 9h10 om aan de voorbereidingen van het ontbijt te beginnnen.
